Accredited Drug Testing-DOT & NON-DOT Testing

I am the owner of Valleygreen Inc a lawn maintenance company based out of Central Florida. We are a quick growing company that needed the assistance of Accredited in setting up our Drug Free Workplace. I spoke to multiple reps and they all assisted me right away in scheduling my new hires and making sure i was following the guidelines of my drug free workplace and the policy they made for me. The drug testing hours have been extremely accommodating especially during the summer that we work longer hours. I highly recommend the company to any business needing drug and alcohol testing services.

I work in the Oil and Gas industry and with some sites needing a recent 10 panel, we frequently need a quick turn around on testing. With all of its testing locations, Accredited Drug Testing seemed to be the ideal option. But, the more I try to work with them, the more and more disappointed and frustrated I become. I have ordered 4 tests in the last few weeks and only one came through, processed in a timely manner (48hrs or less) that I didn't have to call and track down from them. Every other one I have had to call and track down. I got so frustrated that I asked for a supervisor, who assured that I could just call her and she would ensure things were done on time and that we got our results. I decided to give them one last shot. After sending our employee on Thursday for testing; it is now Monday, no one will answer when I call (I just keep getting voicemail), and no one will return my call. I am just flabbergasted at how a business can operate like this.

I'm a operations manager of a construction company and need 6 Rapid drug screens, this being my first time ordering drug test I was unfamiliar with the process, I called accredited drug testing and the young lady that helped me with t he orderings was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of the services they provide. I got all 6 results the same day! I would recommend this company.

I called this company and they were very helpful, I needed a drug test for our job and I got scheduled and in for my test the same day. When I got to the testing center ,the staff was nice and I only waited 10 min to take my Drug test. I recommend Accredited drug testing.

I called in on a Saturday because I needed a mandatory drug screen that same day. This was the only location that actually picked up the phone and was able to help me and get me in the same morning. I have to do drug testing for the next 6 months and I will absolutely be using this company again

I'm on probation and live in NY, but went to Los Angeles and needed a Drug test, I called Accredited Drug Testing , they scheduled my Drug Test and ETG Test in LA, the testing location was close to where I was staying, I now use Accredited Drug Testing for all my testing in NY too. I really like dealing with them, they focus on customer service.

My company HQ is in CA but we needed 3 Employee's Drug tested in GA,TX and TN, Accredited Drug Testing scheduled all the tests, handled everything for us. Great customer service and follow up. Lot's of Drug testing companies out there, but most don't provide good customer service, ADT does and our company will only be using them in the future.

Very impressive network of testing centers in different cities. I am a regional manager and require my employees to be tested in several different states. They were able to organize all the tests and get the confidential results via email quickly. I will recommend ADT to anyone needing a full service testing company. - Dan Hilt

I had a very challenging case regarding my ex husband I contacted this drug facilityand they try to accommodate as best as possible even though my exhusband tried fighting tooth and nail not to do the drug services and I ended up losing the money I spent accredited drug testing sent me email after email giving me proof to take to court of the complications me and this facility had to endure each time they had sent me to the person that could help me right away or has contacted me immediately through phone and email each time I was treated with extreme kindness I will forever be grateful for that

I really liked dealing with Accredited Drug Testing. There prices are great. They handle everything for me such as scheduling my appointment, send me my registration forum, locate the closets location to me.

They are fast very kind and resonable priced. You get your result's emailed to you which i never seen before. The last drug testing company did not do that at all.

I really liked this drug testing company. I was able to get my pre-employment drug test the same day I called. They sent me the form I needed to take the test by email and I got the results back the same day. The fee was reasonable too.
