DC Arlington Towing

If I could rate this as a Zero I would. I called AAA for roadside assistance on a flat tire on my vehicle. I explained I had a flat tire and was not able to change the tire,it was the right front tire and needed assistance. I was in NE washington DC. AAA advised they was getting help for me and I would receive notification via text message. I received notification via text from AAA that ABC towing would be responding and the ETA was about 30 minutes with a service request #. I then receive a call from the driver of ABC towing who stated he was not far .The ABC tow driver arrived and used a heavy duty jack to raise my vehicle but placed the jack in front of the vehicle underneath the front grill to raise the car to change the tire, once the ABC tow driver was able to raise the vehicle, immediately the vehicle dropped to the ground and all of a sudden all of the antifreeze came from under neath the vehicle. the ABC driver attempted to convince me that it wasnt anti freeze coming from underneath my vehicle that it was windshield washer fluid, he advise me to follow him to the Midas tire shop which was around the corner to get air in my spare time because he said the tire needed air and upon arrival the antifreeze continued to leak. the Midas technician saw the anti freeze coming from underneath the vehicle and looked under the vehicle and said it appears you have a hole in your radiator. I said to the technician that the driver of the tow company did that attempting to change my tire. I called AAA to make a complaint about what happened via member relations, AAA attempted to speak to the owner of ABC towing and stated the tow driver told the owner of ABC towing that I placed the jack in front of the vehicle and I damaged my own vehicle. I explained my service request was assistance with changing a flat tire nothing else. ABC tow truck driver is no good & a liar. The driver lied to save his job. Dont ever use this business
