I was on a business trip in the Dells. I had an injector seal blow on my Mercedes diesel. No place even close that works on these. He had me bring it to his garage and they figured out how to get me back on the road. They didn't take advantage of me financially either A good honest place..
Recently locked my keys in my car and called Platts because they were local. Waited 40 minutes, took the guy only a minute to unlock and was charged $79.50. Outrageous. I didn't even pay that much in Madison.
I was recently traveling with 3 children down near the Wisconsin Dells area. My car seemed to be very shaky and, better safe than sorry, needed to get it checked out. I was very worried about getting ripped off so I asked the locals for recommendations and checked reviews online. I never like going to car repair places out of town but Platt's was knowledgeable, reassuring and very friendly. Their rates were more than reasonable and better yet...we made it home safe today. Took them less than a day to get the car in and out. Thank you Platt's. If in the Dell's with car trouble don't hesitate to call them!
While traveling alone with my 3 children to Wisconsin Dells the car became very shaky. Some locals recommended Platts Garage, and my biggest fear was getting ripped off. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and had the car finished in one day. Their prices were more than reasonable! I made it home safe and sound today and would give my highest recommendation to them. Thank you Platts!!
Lost car keys in the dells water park. Called Platts service and immediately came to the rescue. Gave me and my car and ride to the clooset dealership. Waited there until they were able to help me make a new key. Thanks a lot for the help. Highly recommend.
AAA PLatt's Garage is highly recommended by our family. Our daughter was stranded on the side of 94 just outside of the Dells and we called Platt's. They came to get her, reassured her she was safe and had the needed part on the shelf. They had her back on the road in 90 minutes and did not overcharge us for the services. Thank you so much!
Platts was very helpful when my daughter's car broke down 3 hours from home. They went right away, helped her, and reassured her that she was safe. They had the part instock and fixed the car in under 90 minutes, without over charging us. It was very reassuring to know there are companies like Platt's that you can trust.
