A Plus Van Lines

Sign contract with Alliance Van Lines. On June 24th A Plus Van Lines arrived to pick up my items and told me they were contracted by Alliance although that was the first I heard of it. I was then told my items were being taken to a warehouse, which was not told to me when signing the contract. Items were supposed to be delivered in Florida on June 28th. Emailed and called Alliance Van Lines and never heard from them again. Constant communication with A Plus lead to them telling me my items would be packed every couple of days until July 26th when my items were finally packed on a truck. Our contract was only until July 23rd, so now it is broken at this point. I was told it would take 7-9 days to arrive. On Aug 9th I was told the truck broke down in South Carolina and they were sending a second truck. Second truck was loaded Aug 17th. I was told the truck was in Florida on Aug 23rd, had to stop in Lakeland, Tampa, and then to me. I am being refused the information of the names of my drivers and movers (even the ones back in NJ), as well as the name of the manager, and they will not provide the information of the timeline of my items as they were with them. Everyday they say the item will be there the following day and there is no actual delivery date in sight. I have spoken to Jennifer Davis, Liz Rodriguez, Chris Winn (Wynn?) and Clare only.

A plus van lines offered us a great service. We were recommended by friends who had used the company before and had a wonderful experience. As soon as our quote was settled the movers were at our door ready to pack and get us loaded. They were a very polite bunch and worked hard throughout the day. Once our things were delivered to us here in Oklahoma. We were so happy to see our things back to us in the same shape we had sent them away. Hats off to these guys!

I spent 22 years in the United States Coast Guard, and over those 22 years I have moved 8 times. I have had pretty good experiences, and I have had some terrible experiences. Moving long distances is never perfect, but how A plus van lines handled every bump in the road during the process left me a satisfied customer. I am sorry to say though; to the company~ I won’t be using you again, because I will NEVER move again!

I love people who put best to what they do. The best I give back to such personalities is the space and time to enable them work best. I remember well the dedication A plus van lines gave to me during the relocation process. At first, I did not think it would be so easy for them since I had very many items in my house. It was shocking to the eye when all the packing was done in approximately thirty minutes. So hard to find such dedicated teams like them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They moved our 3/3 plus 2 1/2 car garage that was packed in one day. They worked from the minute they arrived till everything was delivered to our new location. Over 10 hrs straight!! They were courteous, professional and affordable. I highly recommend A plus van lines to anyone in need of a moving company.

A plus van lines moved our belongings seamlessly a few months back and I give the whole credit to the movers. I didn’t even have to give any instructions to them. They knew exactly how to do the job and they did it perfectly. Not even a glass was broken on the way. They even unpacked everything and put them in the right rooms. I cannot praise these guys enough. People need to hire them and see amazingness unfold in front of their own eyes.

I wish I knew about this moving company a few years ago. Moving would have been easy if I knew about them! Anyways, my last move with A plus van lines was great. They give you a great service and they do not charge you much. They came on time on the moving day and very nicely moved me out of my old one bedroom apartment. The delivery was done fast and also I saw that all my belongings were in perfect shape. No dents and no damages. Their price stayed the same in the end too! It was a very smooth and steady move.

This was my first time hiring movers and WOW will I never think of calling any other company! They showed up promptly, didn't let me lift a thing, and were out of my apartment in just a little over an hour. A plus van lines was definitely a good choice for me. I had originally picked another moving company but I cancelled the appointment after a friend of mine forced me to hire these guys. I am really glad I listened to him because these movers made my move extremely easy. They maintained the schedule, worked fast and kept the bill to a minimum. There was not a single scratch on any of my items. They kept in touch with me even after the move. I took a bunch of their business cards and distributed them. Companies like these need to be known more for they can really help you with your moves without causing any drama.

This was my second move with A plus van lines and I couldn't be more satisfied. Both times I moved from an apartment to an apartment, and both times the move was done in a timely fashion. The guys were very polite, professional, and courteous. Just want to show my appreciation for everything that they have done for me. I have hired many moving companies in the past. But the men of A plus van lines were a totally different breed. They quoted reasonably, movers showed up on time and everything went as smoothly as it could. All four movers were very experienced. They took such great care of all my things. It was comforting to know that my valuables were in good hands. They delivered everything on time, unpacked and put them where they belonged. I’m so glad to have found them and will stick to them from now on.

We were so worried about having to relocate. But A plus van lines made our move seem like a fun thing to do. The movers were so friendly. They arrived right on time and packed everything very quickly. We had no issues while they packed and loaded all our valuables. We asked them to be extra careful with our glassware as they are so dear to us. They happily obliged. I have rarely seen such friendly and helpful men before. The company was adequately priced as well.

I moved 2 months ago with A plus van lines and I was very happy with their services. These guys were very professional, and very experienced. Guys showed up on time, very prompt, and the movers got right to work. These guys came highly recommended to me and now I know why and will continue to use them on some small moves that I have and I would also highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. We used A plus van lines for an interstate move. They were absolutely fantastic. From the first call through the good-byes they were awesome. Constant and effective communications that they kept with me gave me the comfort that at least this part of the move was going to go well. They went out of their way to make the move happen on time. All my valuables were delivered to my new house without a single scratch on any of the items. The bill was appropriate and I was not overcharged. I cannot say enough good things about the team.

The whole team of A plus van lines was nice to all of us, thumbs up! Their manager was fast and responsive on booking the move which was nice since some of the places I called still haven't called me back. On the move itself, when the crew of 3 men came to our place, surprise! The elevators were out that day unfortunately but they had no issue using the stairs. The move was so fast even with the stair change, that the final price was still very reasonable! They are nice, strong guys and I'd use this fantastic moving company again in a heartbeat.

Take my advice and do not hire a moving company with least amount of experience just because they give you a lower quote. They end up damaging everything beyond any repair. I know this from my numerous pathetic experiences with moving companies during relocations. Hire a company like A plus van lines that served in this business for a long time. I hired them for my last move. They were just amazing. All the movers were very experienced and it showed in the way they packed all my belongings and carried everything with great care. Usually relocations are full of glitches and mishaps. But these guys make it seem like a piece of cake. And they really know how to bake this cake!

My house was full of all sorts of things and it was quite hard to remove but the guys from A plus van lines did the job really well. The whole team was very helpful and efficient. They worked hard and were very good value for money. They were really professional and well natured throughout. They packed my antique collection very carefully and surprisingly, there were no scratches. They understood how difficult it is to move all the belongings and couldn't do enough to help. Before I knew it, the stress of packing up and leaving became a piece of cake!

One of my coworkers suggested that I hire A plus van lines to handle my move. Their quote was very low and I hired them immediately. The movers arrived on time and were properly equipped. I couldn’t believe how easily they carried my furniture. It was a 3rd floor walkup and the stairs didn’t seem to bother them at all. They drove all my things without anything going missing to my new house on due time. Nothing was broken or damaged. I have to thank those strong guys for making this perfect move possible.
