        Overall

        I called after 8pm about my dryer, which I had unsuccessfully tried to repair myself. I received a call back from a technician about 20 minutes later, and helped me identify and solve the problem! How about that? Didn't cost me a dime. Thanks, Al! :)

        Terrific Service - Affordable Too! My daughter referred me and they came right out and fixed my dryer. Did a quick maintenance to prevent fires. Will refer them to others.

        Not happy

        The guy didn't even open the washer and charge me $45. Then he told me the part I needed was $200 but yet I found it on amazon for $10 and did the repairs myself.

        They are very fair and honest I Ive used them for several years and very HAPPY.
