Provided by DexKnowsBob and Charlie were here today. I thought it was only a clog somewhere..turned out it was more, of course. After Bob explained, thoroughly, I realized he was right. He went above and beyond to fix my problems, so did Charlie. The were both very cordial and professional and love the fact that there is a warranty. I would surely call them again. Also, when Glen came out first, he tried to unclog the pipes from the outside, when he found out it was inside, he did not charge me.....:)
I wish I researched this company a little bit - I called them because of a referral from a trusted source. They charged me $350 to rod a drain, which took all of 5 minutes. Terrible rip off. Certainly won't do any business with them. I'd rate them minus 5 if I could cause although the drainage seems fine right now, water still comes out of the laundry room wall. Terrible company...you're better off looking else where.
Family owned and operated for over 50 years. I really don't now how they stay in business ripping people off. There fees are outrageous. They charged me 525.00 to rod my drain and the clean out was in the house on the mail floor, so they did not have to rod outside where it was freezing cold.
Just 2 years ago I had to rod the same drain and was only charged 175.00 I will never do business with this company again.

Provided by DexKnowsI had Glen check out my sewer problem, and he found the problem right away. I had broken tiles and the line was infested with tree roots. Glen and Carm scheduled the repairs and two days later, as promised, my sewer issues were resolved. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. I own several properties, I will always call Aability Plumbing for any future repairs or service.

Had a leaking washing machine drain problem that turned into a bigger job than expected when a cross over pipe also broke and had to be repaired.....in a blind spot!!!! Lee and Frank were experts, courteous and knew what to do. Need plumbing work? These is the company to call.
