We had A1 Concrete fix our sinking front porch steps. It looks terrible. They did not get it high enough and there was a gap between the steps and the porch that looked just awful. I refused to pay them and someone came and filled it in with some caulk and gravel and promised to come back the next day to do another fill, but he never showed up once I paid them. Since then it has cracked and even looks worse making our front entry a real eyesore. They tried to tell me it was because it had sunk to low - well then, they should not have said they could fix it and I would have bought new steps and been happy. Now, we either have to live with this eyesore or get a new step after paying A1 almost $1000 to fix it. Bad deal, would never recommend this company.
