I'm still in shock for what they just did. Quoted me for $99 an hour, $2 per box and roughly 6 hr total for packing, loading, unloading and assembling. Credit card payment was okay as part of the deal. They came with 3 folks on time, took 7 hrs for 2/3rd of the house and then bailed out. They said they won't do rest of the things and started cursing. I was very shocked and scared by their behavior. They told me to make cash payment of $988 for their incomplete work because they won't take credit card from me. They won't assemble anything either. They said they won't unload the truck until I pay them cash and while I go get money, their time will be ticking. I was scared, upset and helpless. Our neighbors realized the situation and called cops.



Please stay away from this company.

This is a horrific and incompetent moving company that we gave over $1200 to for a 6 mile move. We took it upon the "word" of the lead driver that our old home was "dusted" and there were only small items left that we could get in our car. Our car is a sedan and it would take (at the minimum) 10 trips to bring over our items left behind. Office is not answering on Saturday at 11:30 am. Also, the lead driver drank one of our specialty beers that we had in the fridge...while on the job and before driving to our new location. Very angry that I gave a $50 tip to both movers. Trey (packer/mover) was awesome, however, Ed gave his word (which I now find is worthless). I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

I'd use them again. I know I hired them out to move me into 4 different homes in the last 10 years. These are the only guys I trust, honestly. Ed moved me 4 of them. No matter who came out in my moves, there was always at least one very experienced mover or more. I assisted them in moving items several of the times and it sped things up and they didn't charge me for the extra time. I wish I weren't moving out of state, but at least I did have them move stuff into storage here one last time. The office manager I think was Jennifer didn't hesitate to give me the repeat customer discount and went out of her way this last move to storage to find a storage facility with the size of space I needed at a great rate when they didn't have one readily available. Yes, this is a real review and I'm writing it because I'm moving to NY and realizing how shady this industry can be where accolades aren't given enough. Tip the movers. Unless of course, you're Warren Moon and you just sign autographs.

DONT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR HOME!!!! The only positive part of our moving experience was they showed up on time. The crew was too anxious to get the move done and ended up shattering the very first piece they moved!!! When we told them to dismantle the item they ignored our repeated warnings!! The crew was unproffesional at best and the owner rude!!! DONT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR HOME!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about how great this company is. They have moved me twice, my daughter once, and my best friend three times. Labor Day weekend they are moving me again. Ed and Bo are one of the best teams they have on staff. I highly recommend them. You'll enjoy working with their office staff also. Very professional.
