24/7 Locksmith, LLC is a major rip off. They will quote one price over phone and then try to charge a much higher price when on location. They charged my 87 year old father who is on a fixed income over $120 for one re-keyed door. As soon as technician gets through the door he will demand the $29.99 service fee regardless if you have any work done. This intimidates the person in having the work done as with my father. Called owner who is Israeli and he said he would apply senior discount of 10% and send my father a check, this never happened. Called three times to get answers why they charged my father so much and I was told by the owner not to call him anymore and he started in with a bunch of excuses and wanted to argue. I am a concerned customer and I am told not to call him and he wants to argue with me and tells me now to call anymore? If you need a locksmith DO NOT call 24/7 Locksmith. They don't list a physical address on their web site. But, I did locate their address in a search of Michigan State Government business records, 24/7 Locksmith is located in Bloomfield Hills at 2274 South Telegraph Road. The resident agent is a person called SEAN ELIA. The technician who came out (Jason) was very unprofessional to say the least. This company is a major RIP OFF! I gave it a one star because I had too on this site. You could purchase a new door knob for a 5th of what this miserable company charges for one re-key. This company is showing DISSOLVED with Michigan Department of Licensing. You'll be sorry if you call 24/7 Locksmith for any work.......
