I have been going to Quality cleaners for over 5 years and I'm still impressed with the service !! I'm impressed how the Michael and the team attend to specific needs as well broad ones. I tell all my friends to go here - especially if they want neighborhood old school real service
The owner/manager Michael Shaulman is a ticking bomb ready to explode. He should probably be medicated or in an anger management class as he literally exploded on me in front of 5 customers and I wasn't Even talking to him. He overheard me talking to another coworker about my dress having buttons removed or fallen out and looking like a burnt mark on it. He started yelling 'we're not responsible for buttons' when I mentioned the burnt mark with an iron print on it he said 'there's no way, I can hold the press down for hours and it won't burn it' I had a bag of clothes in hand ti still support them as I have been going to them for 4 years, he started yelling 'that's what everyone says, there's no way we can burn clothes!' My summary stay far away from this cleaners, they do not value customer support and Michaels temper is simply going to effect the success of the business.
I am such a fan of Quality cleaners. I have never been in a business where so many customers are greeted by their first name when they walk in the door. Michael just knows his customers so well. Sometimes I walk in and all my things are ready and waiting for me at the register, they are so on the ball. Such an impressive way to treat their customers. We bring all kinds of formal gowns, suits, silk blouses, etc. and I am amazed at the quality job they do. All my things come out better than when I take them in. I just had to write a comment as they need to be commended for the type of work they are doing here and recognized for their excellent customer service. Michael I know your customers would want you to know you and your family run a excellent business. Glad I get to tell you.
Do not go to this dry cleaner!
We have been going there for two years. if there is ever a spot they cannot get it out. Not even water if you can believe that. I took a shirt that was dry clean only in with a red band around the bottom. There was one very small spot on the front. When I got it back I checked to see if the spot was there and not only was it still there but there was red dye all over the white shirt! It was also covered in black burn spots. They refused to pay for the shirt. Wayne the manager was very nasty and yelled and screamed at me. He also hung up on me. He would not even left me explain the situation to him. I have never seen a manager be so rude. He is really scary to deal with as a woman.
This is the most horrible cleaners in this area. The manager Wayne has no customer service skills whatsoever, and told me that the owner who was in the back, REFUSES TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS! They ruined my 60 dollar shirt, and after being with them for over 3 years plus, he told me that per the owner, they would not do anything to rectify the situation. I told them I would no longer do good business with them, and asked that they return my big bag of clothes that I was about to dry clean. He said here you go, and oh well. I told him that I was astonished and would write a letter to the BBB, and he said go for it, we don't care. We'll just send them a generic letter back as we always do. SHAMEFUL...PLEASE DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR FAVORITE CLOTHES ALSO!
I had a Horrible experience at $2.25 Cleaners in Maitland. I was a regular customer until I notice my clothes are not being clean. I notify staff constantly about spots and stains and I was told to bring it back in, but if I already accidentally worn the clothing or wash it myself they would not comp me for another article of clothing to be clean or refund me for the service I paid for. The owner stated "we can never guarantee stains removal and clothes to be completely clean, we are a small company''. Really, I was surprise for a dryer cleaner that you paid for would say this. For the time and money, I'm better off washing my own clothes. Least to say, they will never see me again and lost a customer.
Theres only one word for this Dry Cleaners and that is QUALITY! I've never been anywhere that was so cheap yet so professional. I've been a customer there for 7 years and I will never go anywhere else. This is a family owned and operated business and they treat you like your just part of the family. Keep up the good work Capri! I appreciate everything you do for me and my family.
