Very unprofessional business!!!!

$800 tow for 20 miles, plus a extra $150 charge 2 days later!!! While trying to resolve the issue with customer service the man on the phone was rude and swearing. our fleet of 35 trucks will never use this service again.

If I could give them less then one star I would. Hopefully you read the review before you give them your credit card info.

They rip you off worst place ever don't trust there's losers!!!

Brittany was awesome. She was very pleasant, competent and helpful during a stressful situation. I will use 800-imstuck if I ever get stuck in the sand again! (Or otherwise stranded with a broken down car).

I suggest this service 100%. I was stranded (CAR OVERHEATED) and 1800IMSTUCK came up in my towing search.The man I spoke to over the phone was very understanding and pleasant to speak with! They sent out a very professional and friendly tow truck driver who was very careful with my car...I also got a tow truck out to me IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE in 45 mins...I do not know how but they did..last time I used a local tow service I waited 4 hours for a disgusting unprofessional slob who barely knew what he was doing!

Great service they couldn't get someone to fix my car but the got it towed to a local shop and it cost me nothing cause the shop it wen't to was also the tow truck driver so it was a free tow if i did the maintnance their , thats great saved me money and time at 1240am

great service phone rang twice a rep picked up and truck arrived in 40MIN AND 1 HR AFTER THAT THEY CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK AND SERVICE WAS DONE

i just called and they didn'th ang up on me they actually had a guy come out take my tire and rim get it fixed and brought back to me with a new tire and installed it total cost with a new 15inch tire 210.00 wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww impressed i'm actually writing this reviev from the installers truck while he installs the tire this is a great service and it cost me 25.00 dispatch fee is all

I Used this service today and i was charged 95.00 dollars to have a mechanic come out and look at my truck, I drive a Freightliner columbia and it shut down so i called 1800IMSTUCK, the phone rang twice and i had a person on the phone and they explained to me that the 95.00 dollars is a service fee to guarantee service and wouldn't be charged unless a mechanic was on the way. BVI



Heres what happened next the mechanic showed up maybe after 1Hr and had my truck rolling in 45minutes. which cost me 95.00 service fee to guarantee service

115.00 an hr for the mechanic from the time he left to the time he gets back to his shop

1.50 a mile



i got scared wondering what the bill was thinking he drove 60minutes to me and the bill was less then 200.00 for the mechanic and then 5.00 for the service fee so for 295.00 what did i get really



#1 When i called there was no please press 1 for this and 2 for that and 3 for whatever

i got a real person on the phone

#2 i wasn't charged untill the mechanic left to me so i checked my credit card charges and saw the charge was 30minutes after the call

i matched that up to the bill for the mechanic and it was correct so with the charge when they left shows me how long it took the mechanic which is great

#3 the mechanic that showed up Daves florida truck and trailer was Great not only did he fix the truck he told me that D.O.T was at the next weigh station and he gave my truck an overlook so i wouldn't run into trouble , he noticed my brakes needed to be adjusted and he did it free of charge,



At the time he was doing that 1800IMSTUCK CALLED ME to ask how everything was going i said the mechanics here still . They called 45min later to recheck on me i said i was doing great , they then reminded me that the 95.00 fee was a service fee and the mechanic had his own rates , i said " yes i am aware of it and thank you so much"



so i wen't back on yp.com to write a review and started reading some reviews and was shocked especially at the one of the mechanic service that stated they wouldn't go out knowing that they charged a service fee,



Thats a bunch of crap cause 1800Imstuck was giving them buisness and apparantly they called the customer and still wen't out and made money so if 1800imstuck didn't call them the odds of the customer calling them were slim to none, so why would you make a bad review for a company that gave you buisness and had there service fee for 95.00



For my situation it worked out fine and for some of those reviews that say scam remember it's not a scam if you called for service and someone showed up i don't think the mechanic or tow truck showed up because they guessed you were broken down SOMEONE SEN'T THEM .. As for the credit cards before i ever give my credit card to anyone i go over every charge and apparently what happened is and i myself understand you broke down and made a call not caring the charge just send someone which they did and now you see a service charge and your pissed off but why take it out on them when YOU MADE THE PHONE CALL. NOTHING IN THIS WORLD IS FREE AND FOR 95.00 TO GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE EVERYTIME YOU CALL IS WELL WORTH IT UNLESS YOU PREFER TO SIT ON HOLD FOR 1HR AND PAY FOR THE SAME SERVICE REMEMBER EVERYONE CHARGES A CALL OUT FEE LOOK AT THE TA WHO COMES OUT AND DOES NOTHING

They came through when I needed help to get off the highway. NY is a tough town, but these guys are good at what they do, and care about their customers.

I was driving out of state to visit my parents alone with my 3 children. It was very late and we were on the highway and I got a flat and had no idea who to call for help. I called 1 800 IM STUCK and they were great. I was back on the road in an hour. I would recomend them to everyone

After trying for over an hour to get pulled out of a ditch, I called them and they had someone there in 35 minutes. I'm grateful. It a wonderful service...5 stars!

AAnyTime Tire Service is the most Processional Mobile Road side Service in the Industry.

These guys are legit. I waited for a local Jim Bob Joe to come get my car, they told me 1-1.5 hours. 5 hours later they still hadn't arrived so I called 1800imstuck and they had someone booked and on the way in 15 minutes. My car was at my house 30 minutes after that... Can't get much better really.

Works great! My car died in the supermarket parking lot. I had three kids with me and a load of groceries. Their dispatcher asked me what type of car I had and a few questions and was able to give me a quote on the phone. They accepted a credit card and the tow truck driver arrived within the hour. He was very nice. Didn't hurt my car. Was very professional and patient with my kids. He took my car to my repair shop for me. I have no complaints. I'm happy and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you very much!

They are super nice and do not b.s. you. They tell you an ETA and the price. It is exactly as they state it. A tow from anyone is never cheap, but 1800 IM STUCK is reasonable and the tow driver was kind, fast and did not hurt my car. I would recommend anyone to call them and I will do the same if I ever get stuck again.

I called when my friend locked herself out of the car. They were very respectful and courteous; best of all they were promising to be here at least 30 minutes before the local place quoted me. My friend got her door unlocked before I finished giving them my address and I cancelled my order, but they didn't just hang up on me - they were glad for my friend. I will remember 1-800 IMSTUCK
