        Overall

        Hopia bottom dough so thick // less filling inside the Hopia . I guess hopia is made by hand , not machines .

        Best hopia in the world.

        Ching makes the best hopia that I have ever tasted. Get it directly from her store around 3:00--4:00 PM when she is hauling it out of the oven. I always have them around when I have out-of-town guest to introduce them to what's good and unique in San Diego.
