I had a collision repair done at the Body Shop. The personnel did a complete review of the damaged area and worked with the insurance carrier to update the estimate. They completed the repairs one day early and notified me of the status. They did a great job matching the paint on the two sections of my 5 year old vehicle.
Excellent service. The two salesmen who helped us (Rahim and Allen) went above the call of duty to find us the exact car we wanted (a 2018 Crosstrek, in Sunshine Orange) which was no easy feat, as it had been sold out all across the southeast. Highly recommend this dealership!
I have been buying German luxury cars for over 25 years. I’ve owned 17 BMWs and 22 Mercedes. The service that I receive at BMW of Cool Springs is better than any other shop in the entire country. Trevor our service advisor is amazing, we would adopt him as our child. I can say my next few BMWs will come from this dealership. If you want to be treated like royalty this is the dealer for you.
Wasted 1000 down on car that don't last past 2 weeks we sent the car up there every week to get fixed n its still not fixed can't even make it to work
Mr. Zeek is the absolute best in town. He goes above and beyond to take care of customers and I can honestly say he has always taken care of me. Professionalism at its best. Whatever you need fixed he can fix guaranteed. Great quality work and the best customer service. Very dependable and I would recommend everybody go to him with car needs as far as work being done on your vehicle.
They are horrible We have had at least two to three vehicles from them witch all seem to have some type of problem once had an truck the engine didnt last past the second drive out tag an on another note we had and Equinox didnt last past 60 days kept cutting off running hot Sad thing about it they will sell you junk when it breaks they ask for more money instead of just fixing the problem they offten make it worst for its far as helping the situation I would recommend No one buys a car from here if you are in true need of transportation they are not the ones you want to spen your hard earn money with
is it possible to give a less then one star review!?!?!? I have never written a negative review before but here goes. We took our Cadillac in at 8:15 am on a Tuesday and were told we would be called as soon as the diagnostic was run with more info. It is now 4:03 on Wednesday afternoon and we have had no contact. My calls to the service dept go answered, sitting on a continuous loop with an automated voice telling me all reps are busy. I was determined to wait it out but was hung up on twice. My mid day call to the service rep has not been returned and when I did get through to the sales receptionist and asked to speak to a service manager, I got his VM. I don't know if their families experience zero hardship with car sharing and think that everyone can manage without a vehicle, or are comfortable with having no idea of when it can be fixed and returned, but this is the epitome of disrespect and poor services. Two of our cars have been purchased at this dealership but we will not be repeating that pattern. I love the Cadillac brand and will stick with it but Andrews Cadillac - here we come!
very dishonest sales tactics . rush thru paperwork adding options you don't want to get sales price higher . no customer service what so ever !!!! Stay away!!!!!!

I have been there to upgrade my Toyota car. I would say the sales representative is not very professional. He cannot answer many of my questions and let his supervisor to help him finally. Maybe one sales rep cannot represent the company, but small detail means a lot.
