When they misplace packages they make you go through a lot of hassle to get nothing back from them. They are currently doing an investigation for us. They call you back from weird numbers in Mexico and if you do not answer they close the case then give you a huge hassle to reopen it. You cannot speak to the investigators directly. They lost my stuff and I can't talk to them. Awesome. Use an alternate if you have a choice.

Very friendly staff. One staff person recently helped me carry a large package from my car. I find the prices are reasonable for large packages (vs. post office prices)
Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always let me use their printer and tape when I come unprepared.
DON'T USE THIS STORE!!Paid extra to have a package shipped to my daughter in college and they totally lost the package or so they say. I honestly think it was stolen being so they have looked for it for several days and the last place it was tracked was their store.
Have shipped a few packages from here. Never have any problems. Everything got to it's destination in great shape and on time.
They leave packages in the driveway for people to steal. Then when you complain they don't deliver at all but say they do. And then send the package back saying they can't deliver. Don't use them if you don't have to.
DO NOT USE THIS UPS LOCATION! I have had not 1 but 2 items STOLEN from this store. They are privately owned and operated and run by their own set of rules. Was given attitude when trying to get information regarding my stolen item. The package I sent I has requested it be sealed with tape. They said they would but didn't in front of me. I had the item already in its on package and simply placed it into one of theirs. It showed up taped and their packaging was not tampered with at all. Only the inner packaging had been wetted to open from the bottom and allow then to steal the contents (a wet magazine was in its place to keep the weight correct). Then tapped their package making it seem untampered with. Since I requested the tape and it wasn't done so in front of me it's easy to conclude what happened. They wouldn't release the name of the employee and said they had since quit only two days after my incident (even though the owner stated they had worked there off and on for over 8 years). My boyfriend has placed a claim but hasn't gotten any updates as of yet. I'll keep updated on the status of this issue. But considering all that happened you would expect an apologetic response not 20 questions as if we were at fault.
excellent, fast service, use them all the time
