My family and I used class pays moving services once when I was still in the service moving to Texas. The staff were professionals, and, delivered our home goods in a timely manner. I would recommend.

Great customer service, my furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. Will definitely be using their business again.
My husband and I used Class Pays for our move to Indiana on May 28. Our processions arrived to our home in Indiana on June 2 in horrible condition. Our furniture had been disassembled and was covered in grease during the time that it was in Class Pays' possession. Much of the hardware to reassemble our furniture was lost and the owner of Class Pays told my husband to wait to file a claim until he sent someone out to help us reassemble our furniture. This never happened, and when we contacted him several days later he retracted his promise and said that he would not make the situation right until we paid the remainder of our balance. We have heard multiple different stories as to why our processions where transferred to a different truck and disassembled while they were in Class Pays' procession. Regardless of what true reason that this occurred, this was done without our permission/supervision and quite a bit of damage was done to our furniture and other personal items as result of this. When our processions were loaded in the truck and left our home in Nashville, we were promised that they would arrive in Indiana on the same truck. Since the "door to door" guarantee with no transferring of trucks was part of the reason we chose to use Class Pays over another company, we do not believe that we should be required to pay for a service that we did not actually receive. It was extremely upsetting to be in a new city with our four young children and not be able to even assemble their beds because they were covered in grease and missing hardware. We have tried several times to resolve this with Class Pays. They will not return our calls, and they have not made any effort to make the situation right other than a simple verbal apology. They have now threatened in writing to send us to collections. Class Pays has been dishonest and has not attempted to correct a situation that has caused financial and emotional stress on our family as a direct result of their negligence.
