The crew here is most expert in what they know and what they can get. I have requested $20 box wine before [I know, I know] and they ordered it for me. I have also special ordered seasonal things from them. It doesn't hurt that many of the restaurants in the area use them so when you have a cocktail that you like in east Nashville, you can source these things here.

Good selection of high quality wines. The sales staff are friendly and helpful too. The liquor selection is not vast though.
This place is hidden next to the Costco on Charlotte...no Costco membership is needed. The prices and wine selection are excellent! They also sell Growlers (whatever they are...high gravity beers in jugs?). Service is always good but the main selling point is the reasonable prices.
I want to be able to like this store better. It is convenient and fairly well stocked. But it is as though there is a secret club or something that you must be part of in order to be spoken to or helped. I have never had a pleasant exchange with anyone that works there.
I have always been able to find the product I'm looking for at this store. It's set up in a very logical way, and employees are helpful!
Very large selection. Prices are good. They are very knowledgeable. Willing to help and make suggestions.
Locally owned business with friendly and helpful staff. They will help you find the perfect wine for a gift of a particular dinner.
I'll take it a step further. The bad review from Ginapinot makes me question her emotional intelligence. This is by far the best wine store in Nashville, and I've been to every single boutique wine store in our city limits. I've sample wine made from grapes I've never heard of at this place, and the personal touch and expertise is out of this world. I'm a life-long wino, but these guys have really expanded my knowledge of wine.
I don't know what the last reviewer was talking about. I have shopped EVERYWHERE for wine in Nashville and this place has, by far, the best service and selection. It's definitely not one of those jumbo, mass-market wine emporiums. They gave me really good suggestions for wine and were very knowledgeable with food/wine pairings. The owners were welcoming and friendly, and they had wines I haven't found elsewhere. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend it.
The guy who either runs the place or owns this place is, well, a little creepy, if not snotty. He's got the personality of a sand flea. On my second visit a girl helped me and she was far more pleasant, but the place still has a creepy vibe. I was told they had a unique selection.... Kind of, but they didn't have the 2 wines I was looking for and what was suggested instead was laughable. My girlfriend called and requested something she had thought her business partner had bought there. They didn't have it but said they'd check it out and get back to her. She would have bought a case. They never called back and we found it at Grand Cru. So many stores, so little time. Grand Cru is still THE best wine shop in Nashville for unique wines and stellar service. This place won't make it.
