Nashville, TN Stone Ridge Apartments

This property is NOT up to date (no hardwood, structural oversights, old, original appliances, old hardware and lighting, worn carpet, no online presence) therefore they’re cheaper than most in the area. No amenities to speak of, although I think there is a self-pay laundry room on site. Convenient to all areas; location is superb. Service is another indication of overall quality; in this case both need improvement. The use of paper on this property instead of email and the internet to communicate with residents and the public...is frustrating.

What used to be called Metro Manor Apartments has been redesigned and rebranded as the 500 Fifth Apartments. Still in the same great walkable location, only more expensive. They do offer studio apartments.

I absolutely love living at Pine Street Flats. Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming...they always address concerns and maintenance requests with both compassion and urgency. They always host events and put community as a priority. If you're looking for the best apartment complex in Nashville, move in today!!

If you are a professional and care about sleep, courtesy, and your basic well, being do not rent here. This complex could not be more of a joke, "Luxury Apartment Living", not even close. This complex is a glorified fraternity house. There are constant parties until all hours of the night, drunk people swimming in the pool at 3am, airbnb'd rooms, intoxicated bar hoppers from across the street wandering the halls, and residents smoking in their apartments and leaving spilled trash heaps on the floor. Complaints to management are a moot point, and fall by the wayside. Staff actually appears annoyed when incidents are reported. Management does not resolve or follow through issues brought to them regarding safety, other residents actions, noise, etc.. Blatant lease violations occur on a regular basis with minimal repercussions.At one point there was security and courtesy patrol, now there is nothing. Residents are instructed to call the Nashville PD, however, the Nashville PD has bigger things to worry about then drunken college students and musicians in an apartment community. Moving into 1505 was the biggest mistake that I have made. If you want to spend $2000 a month live in a loud, mismanaged frat house by all means feel free.

What a God send! I wish that I would have found Saundra and her team at Furnished with Finesse sooner. We sold our house quicker than we expected and found ourselves in limbo waiting on our new construction. Staying with family got old quick. And, I've heard so many negative things about airbnb. I just didnt feel safe renting where people arent even criminal screened, just the thought that they might still have a key to the place. Yikes! So glad that our realtor gave us the number for FWF. Everything has been professional and a top notch from beginning to end. Thank you FWF! Well done!

Casalinda would have not been my first choice of housing, however my family ended up there and it was so much more than we expected. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Casalinda has a strong sense of family and camaraderie that you just don't find in other places. I had concerns moving there especially after reading internet reviews however it was much better than we anticipated. The neighbors were friendly and honest and really looked out for each other. I drive a taxi and was concern that someone might bother it, but I never had an issue. The night time security is very vigilant, and as I female I always felt safe. They are working hard to update the place. There are still rooms with roaches and bed bugs. To deal with that we used diatomaceous earth, sealed up the cracks and put tape over un-used outlets drains and used vinegar & essential oils as a pesticide. I feel very grateful for the Casalinda experience. Thank you guys for all you do to embrace the world

DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want a 13 month lease of endless bugs in your apartment, tons of issues with your toilets, broken doors, dangerous and shady neighbors, no amenities, stray cats infesting the place, endless fees, and your pool access being denied because they feel like it. This is a DUMP. Read this article about how dangerous it is on my street. When we first moved to Nashville, we stayed here for six months. The lakes were beautiful, and I loved walking with the stroller, but the geese were TERRIBLE.

The apartments are in a great location with a great environment around. However, there isn't as much insulation as is needed with the wood siding. Affordable, but needs a renovation.
