Chris Phelps was excellent from the very start to closing. He was always available to answer any questions we had and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. We had some problems getting our tax transcripts and he was so helpful even to the extent of going with me to make sure we had everything we needed. We've never had our mortgage company attend the closing but he was right there ensuring everything went well. We were able to close on time thanks to his persistence in getting everything to the attorney's office on time. We couldn't have had a better experience even with the problems that arose due to our tax identity theft situation. Can't say I'm exactly happy with the switch from Sunloan to Service Loan. As I told the little girl on the phone if I made a late payment it would have reported much quicker than what it's taking for them to get it reported. No reason for me to pay on time if it hasn't reported for 4 months. I didn't just need the money I needed the credit rep. Thanks anyway...

I've been haunting this location for years. Their staff iss friendly & helpful. Before the price of gold soars I bought some really nice jewelry. They even look out for pieces I want & give me a call to see if I want it. They'll even discount things for me when I pull out my loupe & point out flawed stones.

There are many companies offering pay day type loans. A person should always borrow responsibly and never borrow more than your paycheck can allow. With that said, Advance Financial is the most reputable of these types of service.

I researched using Mortgage Investors when refinancing recently. I hesitated because of the bad press they had gotten nationally. They seemed to be solid, although I ultimately went with another firm.

This is one of Advance Financials newer locations and I like to stop by there for cashiers checks and money orders. The location on Charlotte is super convenient.
