Our family has been using this location for 2 years, only as a convenience to our office. The quality of shirt service continues a downward tend in poor quality of service and of equal importance, a very rude management staff and unfriendly customer service staff. They do not take responsibility for damaging your clothing, only excuses. Time for a change . Their business practices should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Beware !
Today is 7/11/2017I dropped my clothes off 7/10/2017 which matches my ticket.I was informed yesterday that my clothes would be ready 7/11/17 by 5 pm.I walked in at 6:45 pm and was wondering why my bill was less. The female that serviced me said the 2 piece is not ready and insisted that my clothes was dropped today and I said no it was yesterday. She was rude and unprofessional. Accused me of lying instead of telling apologizing. I looked at my ticket and it states it was dropped off yesterday. She did not apologize but insisted I was the rude one and I no right stating that my clothes should be ready when I dropped it off today. First time visiting this cleaners... After tomorrow they will never see a piece of business from me.
I AGREE...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!!!I wouldn't, and will not, recommend this dry cleaner. I took in several slacks and dress shirts for dry cleaning. I'm very particular about pointing out spots and stains. I did not notice anything requiring special attention. The staff did not make note of any spots or stains when receiving my clothes. I picked everything up and again, the staff did not inform me of anything unusual...no spots or stains. Several days later when I put on one of my dress shirts, I noticed a huge orange stain. I inspected the remaining clothes and also found a pair of slacks that had a big spider web like press mark on one leg. I took the clothes back to Star Cleaners without wearing them and pointed out the problems. They looked in their system and acknowledged they did not make any notes when I dropped the clothes off or when I picked them up. They agreed to fix the problems. I went back to pick up my clothes. The pants were fine but the shirt still had the huge stain. I was just going to take my clothes and leave and not use them agin. However, the owner insisted I pay him $6.28 for trying to remove the stain. I was flabbergasted. He argued that the stain was there when I brought the shirt in originally. I do not believe it was there and he offered no proof that they informed me of the stain when I dropped it off or when I picked it up. He said that sometimes they get busy and don't have time to make notes. His insistence that I pay made me furious. He was willing to loose a customer for a measly $6.28. I told him I was going to write a negative review on every review site I can find and he didn't care. I'm out a $75 shirt but he made $6.28. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed or been on the receiving end of. Do not use this dry cleaner. There are four other cleaners within a half a mile of this horrible place.

The barber shop is very relaxed and gives great cuts for men and boys. Conveniently located and has parking in back.
Good place to bring your shirt as well as your coats. No complaints; always ready in time and clean! Friendly staff.
Kind staff, professional service. The location is nice, near Vanderbilt campus and reasonably priced.
We have been going to the Village Cleaners for years now, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! The staff are friendly and very helpful, and they do a great job. I've had some minor alterations done over the years, and am always pleased with their work. I highly recommend them!
Extremely prompt service and relatively cheap laundry service, good and central location and easy to reach and park, staff is friendly.
Have dropped off piles of shirts many times as well as some winter coats. They always come back impeccable and on time, and the service is kind.
