        Overall

        This definitely beats my last visit to Comcast, which was out at Metro Center. The Franklin Rd. location is so much more convenient and the only thing that kept this visit from being perfect was a relatively long wait. It was lunch time so I should have expected a wait. Once they called my name, a very nice and smart gentleman named Ranzy helped me with equipment return and got me back to work in minutes. Great job, Ranzy! Now if only Comcast could get their phone answering center people up to this caliber.

        I see complaints about Xfinity (customer service) regularly. I have been a customer for over a year now. So far no issues and whenever I have had a problem, I have had nice interactions in the store, on the phone and in my home

        Though aware of the criticism towards Comcast, the service in this store has been decent (and we have been quite a few times) and fast.
