Overall
Great food, if you can get them to take your order

First off, the food here is fantastic. When I've been able to leave this location with my order, I've had a great meal.

Unfortunately, the service at this location is unconscionably bad, to the point that I won't willingly step foot inside again. Incidents I've experienced here include:
1.) The night I arrived at 5:30 PM on a weeknight to find no other customers and three employees. I waited at the register for approximately 7-10 minutes before any of them bothered to speak to me. Then they told me only 1 woman could take my order, but she replied that I would have to wait until she finished cleaning the front door.
2.) The night I arrived in person to order, only 1 other customer was in the store, and they did everything but take my order. They wouldn't even step up to the register to speak to me, instead yelling at me across the kitchen area. They did, however, take several to-go orders over the phone while I waited for some time to place an order in person.

The employees at this location area are not interested in helping customers. The franchise owner of this location does not respond to complaints concerning this store, no matter that several have been made in writing and by phone.

I now drive 25 miles to the Murfreesboro location or 8.5 miles to the new Antioch location, both of which are owned by a different franchisee. The difference in service is amazing, and I actually leave those locations with food. I drive much further to these other locations even though this Nolensville store is only 1.5 miles from my home. If you can't count on being able to leave with your dinner, or if the service is so insultingly bad it ruins your appetite, it isn't worth it.
