Totally unprofessional company and waste of time. I don't recommend this business.
I called the company to get an estimate for exterior and interior painting job in my house in Brentwood. They gave me an appointment after a week. The person did not show up for the meeting in my house as scheduled, nor did he call to apologize. I called back and another appointment was scheduled. The person came the second time, did the measurements and told me he would email me the estimate. Two weeks passed and I still didn't get the estimate despite of me calling several times to ask for the estimate. Finally, the last time I called to inquire about the estimate, James Ramsey, the manager of Nashville office, informed me in nonchalant manner that they were too busy to do the job!! I was surprised to hear that from him after wasting one month of my time! When I told him that they should have told me that in the first place rather than make me wait one month in which I could have someone else do the job, in an utter disregard of customers, he just hang up.
Very unprofessional and untrustworthy business!

The Dutch Touch was recommended to me by a trusted contractor, but after a few phone calls with the owner, my calls were never returned. Would not recommend.
