        Bruce Richards is a member of NAM and TMA, and has been an active supporter of Alive Hospice currently serving on its medical advisory committee. In 2001 he was nominated for the St. Thomas Hospital s Humanitarian Award. He is the husband to Sherrie Richards (OB/GYN) and the Dance Daddy to Kim and Kiri, both majoring in dance. Dr. Richards remains passionate about sailing.

        Dr. Richards is the best general practitioner I've ever had -- at physicals and consultations, unlike many other doctors he takes the extra time to find out about my lifestyle and habits so as to make the most considered reccomendations for me. He is thorough, thoughtful, and professional.
