I took my dry cleaning to them for the first time and I couldn't believe how expensive they were. It cost me three times the price that I normally pay 20 minutes up the road. They were pleasant and did a good job but there is definitely a language barrier. They seemed disorganized since it took 15 minutes for them to find my clothes. I went on my lunch break and lost half of it at the cleaners. I won't go back.

don't take your clothes to this place. they took a nice vintage western shirt of mine and turned it in to a crop top. this is after i tried it on for them, described that i just wanted a bit of length taken off and to maintain the same style with the tails and whatnot... like a western shirt should look. it was as if someone took scissors, cut straight across directly below the last button and sewed it up. i also had some pants hemmed. bad decision. the stitch they used was not like the manufacturer. it was basically the most simple stitch a junior high home-ec class student could perform and wasn't even the same color thread as the rest of the jeans. the best thing was i paid somewhere in the nieghborhood of $50 for this service. what a deal. a shirt that i can no longer wear and a pair of pants with a hem that has started to come undone. do yourself a favor and take your clothes to stitch it.

I took a dress for my sister's wedding to Park's Cleaners and Alterations. My dress barely needed any hemming, but it was somewhat long on the bottom and needed about 2 inches taken in on the side. I left the dress with them thinking it might be 30 dollars, 40 at the most. From what I heard from other people, most dry cleaners are around that much for a simple hemming. I arrived the afternoon before the wedding and it was $85!!!! I was irate. I called my husband to ask him if that was normal and he said we had no other option, I had to have the dress for the wedding. The man saw my frustration and took off $5. Big deal! I mean, I have been to a ton of alteration places and I think that price is absolutely insane for what I had done. I will give it to them, that they were friendly but who wouldn't be when they are making that much money to hem for an hour on a dress.
