I've used Parker Watts for around 10 years. They make everything easy to understand and are very patient when I have a lot of questions. They always are quick to call back and resolve any issues. No complaints!

I have used this company for over a decade, and trust them to help make sure my cars, house and life are properly covered for my needs. I had never file a house claim, until a water pipe broke and flooded my entire downstairs. They helped me work with the Ins company to get it taken care of and paid quickly.

I would not recommend this company. I was with this company for 3 years I contacted my agent in August to ask him to shop around for cheaper insurance cause my current insurance was set to expire on 9-30. I received my new insurance card in the mail for my car so I was thinking everything was OK. Halfway thru October I receive a letter from my mortgage company stating they haven't received the renewal papers for my home insurance. So I contact my agent about the situation then he tells me well the company wouldn't renew the home owners insurance well its a fine time to tell me now!! that I've been 3 weeks without home insurance. He then wants to check the records to see if my address and number is the same YES it is or I wouldn't have received my new card for my car. Claims he sent mail and left messages I didn't receive one piece of mail about not renewing my home insurance. Now I am stuck having to pay $444 more a year for home insurance cause everyone is charging me more because it has lapsed without my knowledge. (Before anyone can make there comments it wasn't lapsed due to none payment because I pay it with my mortgage along with the taxes) the agent dropped the ball on this and I will no longer due business with this company because of agent J.M.
