Mr C's Cleaners

This cleaners is horrible. I would never go there ever again. They change their prices day by day and do not clean your clothes well at all. I took a cream dress to get cleaned and when I picked it up it was still dirty. When I told them about it they tried to charge me extra for cleaning it "again" though you could tell that they had not cleaned it the first time. They have horrible customer service.

They did an excellent job cleaning my boyfriend's military uniform and sewing on his new rank (I'm not much of a sewer). Reasonable priced too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have been a loyal customer for several years so I expect but recently I took a $200 pair of jeans with the price tags still on them to get hemmed and when I came to pick them up them up the tags had been removed and they had been dry cleaned. When I told the lady what had happened she denied dry cleaning them. I so upset because they did not have have the new look to them. Granted I always dry clean my jeans but not before I wear them. I told her that it was ok because everyone makes mistakes and I fetl like I should not have to pay for my bill which was only $30 but she kept denying that they had not done anything. I will never go here again becuase obviously they do not value loya customers!
