Master Movers

WORST MOVE EVER!!!! Do yourself a favor and hire real movers!! They get you with the coupon but you will get screwed in the "deal". I hired 3 movers but only one worked the whole time. They took twice as long as it should have and my furniture was damaged in the process. They took my furniture out of the house and put it on the driveway while they tried to figure out how to load in the truck. A downpour came through and poured rain on my furniture so they threw it on the truck unsecured and unprotected. It was so damaged (scratched and gashes) in the process but there was nothing I could do about it. The forced me to pay cash up front because I threatened not to pay since my furniture was damaged. They use bullying as their way to get their money and their manager Jennifer is a bully and thief. She did not care that my furniture was damaged and told her movers to hold my furniture hostage in the truck until I paid cash which was not the agreement. Then they forced me to sign a wavier for the damages in order to get my furniture off of the truck. They don't take checks or credit cards on purpose because they know people will cancel after they see their damaged furniture and paying twice as much as professional movers. Consumer Beware....Master Movers are CROOKS and BULLIES!!!!

Highly Recommended! These movers did a great job for me. Showed up on time in a nice clean truck, they were all very respectful young men and worked hard all day. No damages! We will definitely call these guys again.

These movers were great! They spent all day with me and never had one problem! They were careful while still being fast, they moved me from Bellevue to Franklin and did a fantastic job. I have all white leather furniture and I was concerned about it being covered, they gave me the option of shrink wrapping it for added protection, at no cost. Just what I was looking for. Can't say enough about how nice these men were.

Awful!!! Showed up late, very unprofessional, took forever and overcharged me. There's plenty of other movers in Nashville that I would recommend over them! 2 men and a truck are much better.

We did not originally hire Master Movers for our move. The movers we did hire (Top Ranked Movers- STAY FAR AWAY) totally screwed us and didn't show up to do our move. Some guys from Master Movers came in on their day off to help us out. Harrison and his team did a great job. They treated our items with care. We are moving again in a few months and we will definitely be calling them again. Great company!

Movers were great, very careful and polite. Very Very satisfied with our move will definitely use again. They moved our four bedroom house with no damages. I just had the floors done before we moved in and I was really worried about them but these guys were very careful and didn't hurt them at all. Excellent!

I HAVE moved several times and used a lot of movers... This moving company was by-far the best!!! They handled everything with care! With all my valuables they wrapped them up in padding so they wouldn't get broken or damaged!!!! I LOVE THIS MOVING COMPANY AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

I used this company for the past four moves and have never had a problem. The guys are big and strong and seem to know what they are doing. Excellent choice for moving.

Their insurance is a joke. The ripped 2 huge holes in our couch. When you go to file a claim you have to pay a $150 deductable. Then at that point they take your couch and then will only pay you $.60 per pound of what the couch weighs. This wont even cover the $150 deductable. They have no concept of customer service and are awful to work with. You will be a fool if you use them! TERRIBLE!!!!!
