Dr. James office Unprofessional

I had an appointment with my mother at this Lenscrafters location. My mother lives in North Carolina and travelled out here to go to this one with me because this is where I live and we decided to go together during her visit out here because I am on her insurance. My parents came only for the weekend, and we did not expect the wait to take nearly three hours of only one of the three days they were here. Normally doctor visits require some wait time, but not three hours, especially when they had called my mother several times in North Carolina assuring that she be there at her scheduled appointment time. When we got there, there was no greeting, and we found out that they also accepted walk-ins. Accepting walk-ins is a positive thing for a business, however, when they put the walk-ins before our appointment and cause us to wait three hours, we kind of wonder why we even made an appointment in the first place especially when they had been so persistent about us being on time. After three hours, the doctor finally took me back for my ""appointment."" She wasn't wearing a lab coat, and did not even have a name tag. She look unprofessional. She did not introduce herself to my mother or to myself. She also tried to put my contact lenses in my eyes for me, and without even washing her hands! I have been putting contact lenses in for years. I know how to do it! She insisted, and then I insisted after she failed. Here is the kicker though. That was an awful experience, so I did not think I would have another one, hoping that that was just a bad day. I told her before I left that first appointment that I needed a signature for school saying that I got my eyes examined. She told me to come back with the papers and she would sign them next time. Well, I go to get them signed today. I had gone yesterday and she was out. I called today to make sure she was in. They told me to come in, but as soon as I got there, Dr. Connie James takes one look at me, turns right around and goes out to lunch. I am about to go out of town, and I need this for school. This made me late for work, and I had to get my sister to come to my work to get my papers and take them to my school for me. This is why I had gone the day before and left a message, and called beforehand, and went then went there and waited only to be turned down for something that would have taken her 2 seconds. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism. I will never go back to this location. The Lenscrafters' I have been to before have been good, but I recommend staying far away from this one unless you want to wait forever and ever and ever only to deal with an unprofessional doctor. I HAVE TO PUT A STAR TO MAKE THIS POST, BUT I WOULD RATE IT ZERO STARTS!
