Cannot give negative star. Needed repair on Samsung refrigerator repair.Got 2 repair authorizations from Samsung,covering all of repair and service call.Did not show up or have courtesy to call.

I have a Samsung washer that is on the recall list. Samsung scheduled me an appt with them on Wed., Dec. 7 between 8-12, which was 2 days later.
A few hrs after talking to Samsung they showed up at my house with no notification, leaving a slip of paper in the door to call them to reschedule. I've called them twice & they have NOT returned my phone calls.
On that Wed. they were a NO SHOW for the appt.
I've had several conversation with Samsung & today they can't even get them to answer the phone!
Oh, & you want to know what the icing on the cake is?
That Mon they showed up when no one was home they turned around & turned in the paperwork to Samsung to get paid for a job they did not do.

The employee Travis we dealt with was rude and unprofessional. The technician ordered our part and was supposed to be back the following Monday to fix our dryer. We called that Monday and they said the wasn't in yet so they would be there Thursday to fix our dryer. Today which is Friday they still have not come and when w

so we called to see what the hold up was. When we called we talled to an employee named Travis and he told us that the part had already come in but nobody would be able to get to us until Wednesday of next week because it was inconvenient for his technicians to come that way. Sorry working is inconvenient for these employees at this company but isnt that what you get paid for. I dont know where they get their company values but the customers should never be an inconvenient to a company, they should always come first.

This company was great. They confirmed me a schedule for a time that was good for me, and the technician, Dylan, was well-educated in his field of practice. I thought my Washing maching would no doubt have to be replaced, or be due for a lenthy repair, but Dylan handled it all in about 45 minutes. Cleaned up after himself and left without a trace, and a working washing machine. Very efficient.

I have been waiting for them to fix my dryer for 3weeks now. 1st we set a date for them to come out and they called back saying that they can't do that date and have to do it the next week. Then they come out and say they need to order a part. It's now been a week and a half and I still haven't heard anything from them.
