The floral designers at Emma's are true artists! The staff is great! It's always a delight to give or receive flowers from Emma's.

Totally pleased with this florist. Would rate a “10” !! Prompt service. Absolutely beautiful poinsettia. Delicious candy. Helpful delivery personnel. Helped to make this Christmas extra special for my 89 year old mother. Thank you!

Think back on the lilting commercials of your childhood and know that Emma's is in the same time warp today, so NOT a stylish pick but probably okay for a classic two dozen rose bouquet. Funeral spray ordered from Emma's was not impressive.

I have been using Emma's for several years. Their flowers are always the finest quality, and delivery is prompt.

I wanted to follow-up and say that a FTD respresentative called my husband and offered to do something to make us happy. I just wanted someone to hear my complaint and when I called Emma's, no one seemed to care. I regret posting such a unfavorable rating on any business. The roses themselves are very beautiful and I appreciate my husband's thoughtfulness. We did not accept anything in their place. The moment is over.

Emma's advertises all the time on Nashville radio that they are "The Superlative Florist." I am not sure who they are superlative to. I, myself, order a lot of flowers, balloons, and gift baskets, but my husband does not. He was trying hard to order my favorite yellow roses for my birthday. I could not believe the arrangement of the flowers or that they used baby's breath when there are so many options available. It was such a waste of yellow roses. It looks like something my grandfather would have sent my grandmother 30 years ago. There are people out there that teach current design that could help them out.

The ad says "the superlative florist" but apparantly superlative also means really overpriced!
