The lady I placed my order was terrible, she didn’t listen to a thing I told her. I repeatedly told her the same thing more than 5 times. I look at my receipt she gave me at the end and she didn’t change what I told her over and over, so of course I told her again and she has “ ugh I’ll make a note of it” of course when the gift was delivered it was wrong! Also I told her twice I wanted to add a personal message she put on the paper no personal message. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with! You would think someone spending as much money as I did would receive excellent customer service, but it was the worst I’ve ever received.
It's Mother's Day week 2014. EA placed an ad for delivery drivers to handle expected orders. The ad says it'll be a couple of days work. I filled out an application, and was told someone would call me on Monday or Tuesday, and that I will be working from Thursday to Sunday. The call did not come till Wednesday, and I was told not to come in on Thursday. I was told to be there at 9:30am on Friday instead. I thought that’s one day less than they promised, but I appeared anyway as asked. This time, I was told there was no work at all, and was dismissed. It was not just me. Another fellow was told the same and left in obvious anger. He said that "I was told that there'll be guaranteed work for three days." This is how they treat people. Just thought I’d let you all know before you buy anything from them.
