        I lived in these apartments for 7 years. The price is unbeatable even though the kitchens are very tiny.

        Coleman Realty Company will not provide you with a clean decent apartment. Even if you record an unacceptable condition in the apartment during the move-in walk through, once you move in they will not acknowledge the problem exist. In the Lease Agreement it specifies what the Security Deposit is for, however they will not refund you a deposit for other items that is not listed. They interpret the lease how they want to read it. I would not recommend living in a Coleman Realty Company Managed Apartment.
