I've used Case for years now and they have always done a great job. They are quick and reliable and stand behind their work. Very fast response time.

Incompetence is a compliment for such a dilapidated "restoration" service. Where to begin....the first person (Sean I think) who let's say led me to believe had some level of authority to make decisions, mis-diagnosed the problem. I later found out he was the sales rep, not the project manager who also you would think is well versed in troubleshooting major water damage. Then Tim...(sorry bud, you should be held accountable), provides an estimate that was 33% less than the actual bill and this provided an invoice only after the job was done. To "fix things" he had some work crew (who he never told me about and I believe he hired that morning) come into the house and place 3 mega fans; we were instructed to leave them running for 72 hours while the carpet was drying (the pad was since removed). Then they came back with a new carpet pad and that was it. $1000.00. By the way, they made sure to add the extra weekend call coverage even though the sales rep spent 180 seconds to determine what the problem was....$200.00. I'm a plastic surgeon and I don't even make that much if I was niptucking away. This is utter nonsense. STAY AWAY. At least the receptionist was cordial on the phone. Still her Southern hospitality at its best does not make up for the shi**iest service I've ever seen. A consumer watchdog needs to take a bite out of the a** of these people or at least keep them accountable. Well as mama said, bless their heart. Yes, bless their f***ng heart indeed.

Terrible service, damaged bathroom vanity and cable/Internet coax. Project manager was either incompetent or plain lazy as he never called us, we didn't speak to Jim until we called about the damaged items. He never told the crews doing the repairs about fixing the items which he said they would. Crews were rude and didn't know what was going on, probly due to lack of communication from the project manager. They are happy to take your check but fail to provide even half decent service, insurance company sent them. We would never use them knowing how they operate

I have used alot of different service providers in and around the Nashville area over the years, but Case Cleaning and Restoration is BY FAR the best I have ever used. They've got a quality product, great customer service, and they are very professional, and they didn't send a bunch of scary creatures into my home. All of their people seem very clean-cut. I won't use anyone else.
