Bavaria Apartments

Worst place I've ever lived. Staff is rude, they don't want to take the time out of their day to help with work orders. Maintenance staff half asses everything! Mold was growing in bathroom all they did was paint over it. Pipe busted over apartment and it took them ten days to start fixing the water damage. Tried telling staff/manager there was still mold growing EVERYWHERE and she just said to put in another work order when in fact it was from the same problems as before. Tried to blame us for the mold growing by saying we never did anything about it when we put in multiple work orders saying there was problems from water leaking.(dish washer, fridge, both bathrooms, ceiling) There's roaches everywhere! A few months ago a young man was shot and killed in the parking lot in the middle of the afternoon.
