Dr. Lori L. Amis is a Board-Certified pediatrician with Pediatric Associates of Davidson County since July, 1996. She received her Bachelor of Sciences, Psychology from Auburn University, and received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. Her internship and residency programs were at University of Louisville at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY. Dr. Amis is a Clinical Instructor at Monroe Carrell Children's Hospital, Vanderbilt Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics; a Medical Staff member of Baptist Hospital and Centennial Medical Center. She is also Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified. Dr. Amis is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Amis served as a Captain in the Medical Corp. of both the Kentucky and Tennessee National Guard. She is married with two children. Dr. Amis plays Volleyball and is an avid Auburn Tigers fan.
