I had pulled my back and was in so much pain I call the office and they got me in right away. Janice was very helpful in explaining how to take care of myself while I recover. Dr Mitchell was great and he will be my new Chiropractic Dr from now own.

The medical staff are AMAZING!!! However the receptionist Zoey is extremely rude! Every time I come in she's always speaking in a matter of fact tone even if you asking a question. Or if you call she'll rudely interrupt you and place you on hold without intentions on finishing the conversation. The "professionals" are amazing but the little "receptionist" is a very unpleasant person.I'm seriously considering looming for a new primary physician so I no longer have to deal with her.
This is great for non insured patients and students . They are affordable and very helpful . Cheaper prescriptions and low wait times. Appts only .
This location is convenient for those who live and work downtown. The physician staff was helpful but the nursing staff was slightly unpleasant.
Waited for 1 hour in the lobby, and then 2 more once I had a room. I went in for what I knew was a bladder infection, yet it took 2 hours for the doctor to let me pee in a cup and write me a prescription. Then I got a $77 bill in the mail for services not listed (note that I paid $150 upfront). I didn't have to pay it, since I called the billing office and was told the doctor made a mistake by ordering an additional test.

13. Vanderbilt's Opryland Clinic2821 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214(615) 884-6101I went in for a simple free flu shot. I was asked to sign 4 to 5 different electronic items. One was about giving permission for blood testing. One was about giving permission for DNA testing. And so on. I asked why I was having to sign items on these things I was getting a flu shot. No answers except its part of our paper work. I said once more I'm getting a flu shot. Why do I have to sign and give permissions for blood testing and DNA testing and other things. I called my CIGNA people. They said this had nothing to do with CIGNA. It was just vandys protocols. I will NOT go here again. For a simple free flu shot. I will take my insurance and go else where and pay co pay first. This is NOT necessary for a flu shot and is ridiculous. one more time its a flu shot ...
She is the nicest and friendless dentist. I was afraid of Dentist before her. I have been coming to her since 2001.
