This store is one of their smaller stores. The manager is really a nice guy. Stuff goes quickly. So, if you see something you like, get it. Most likely it won't be there when you go back. Recently one of the cashiers didn't give me my receipt. She started counting money immediately after she gave me my change. I stood there waiting for her to stop and give me the receipt. Twice I said, "I need my receipt please." Then she finally help up her finger signaling for me to wait a minute. I couldn't believe it! I think my body language told her what I was thinking. She stopped and handed me my receipt. I was in a hurry. Otherwise I would have walked right over to the manager. Since this store is so convenient, I'll continue shopping there.
My family appreciated Dr Smith and his staff very much. We had a child born with a congenital defect and was terrified and Dr Smith was very highly…
Billie, the manager at DG in Donelson now, is like a breath of fresh air. She is getting the store cleaned up and with better customer service. This store is close to my home and has most everything that I need. Love popping in there instead of having to go to one of the big grocery stores in the area. Past managers have had a no care type attitude with poor customer service. Seems this new manager cares.
People rave about Bargain Hunt, but I may be one of the few who hasn't found many true bargains here. You have to come with an open mind, for sure. BH stocks mostly Amazon returns and store clearance items. They have some specialty toys in stock which you can only get online, so a good place to look for birthday/Christmas gifts. They do continue to mark down items the longer they are in the store.
I like shopping at this Ross because their selection of clothing and home stuff is great and I can never leave without buying something even when I plan on not getting anything. The prices are just too good of a deal and sometimes they have things on clearance which is a steal considering that everything is already at a great low price.
The Berry Hill area now advertises itself as a Design District, but the Sears Outlet has been a mainstay on Thompson Lane for years. Find a large assortment of in-stock models of all appliances that you can take with you as you pay (as opposed to waiting a week for delivery from a warehouse store. Some are more dented than others.
This is an older store. They sell a good variety of items. But, you really have to look over what you are thinking about buying to make sure it works, has all parts, etc. Prices are not as low as you would think. This store has been robbed before, so I suggest to just shop there during the day time and watch your purse.
All Dollar General Stores are not all the same. The Dollar Store in area is the best. You do not have a hard time locating what you need. Things are placed in logical places in the store. Where you would think it would be is where it is. The shelves in store are always always stocked. The staff is very helpful.
This truly is the general store for the Bellevue area. Lacking a Walmart, Target, or much desired Ikea, your only other options are Kroger and Publix. At Dollar General, you can pick up school supplies, deodorant, snack foods, socks, and a birthday card in one stop.
Dollar Tree is not normally somewhere I go, but I needed to purchase a large amount of inexpensive headphones. I'm always surprised by how many name brand items they carry! The employees are pleasant enough during interactions, but seem very unhappy to be at work.
It is so convenient to have this dollar general right down the street if you just need to grab something and don't want to go to a bigger store. They have a surprisingly large selection of household items, cleaning supplies, party items, toiletries, toys, etc.
