Was pleasantly surprised to get a bright red Chevy Camero for my trip, although I think maybe it was the only one that was left--I'd asked for Standard. Felt like the little ole lady from Pasadina--was really fun to drive. This last experience was pleasant, which is more than I can say for other occasions. Think sometimes they foget their own advertising--we're a family business and we care.... I have rented cars from Enterprse for work and for personal travel. Wish there was a lot to park our cars at the business with a key drop, like they used to., and maybe some places they still do. Hate having to pay for a car on Sun. when the car is just sitting in my drive.
Had to rent a car recently on a last minute business trip. Got a car with somewhat high miles (over 40K), but still in excellent shape. My daily rate was also very good. Problem was when I needed to change drop off locations. I understand a "drop off" charge, but theirs was exorbitant, and I feel it was strictly due to the fact that it was a late change. They charged me almost $250. When I got back home, I went online to see what the drop off charge would have been, and it was $134. I feel cheated, and although I've used Enterprise for a long time, I dont know that I will going forward.
One of the easiest rentals that I've done. It helped that there were 3 reps at the counter and only one person in front of me, so I basically walked off the plane, down the escalator and right to the rental counter. Painless!I was directed outside to the Enterprise lot in the garage, escorted to the cars, given a selection of 2, selected my car, inspected it, hopped in and was off. Returning it was just as simple... It couldn't have been any smoother!
It is always a quick and easy process with Enterprise, from the short to no wait at the desk, one of the first locations in the rental car garage, an attendant is waiting for you, complementary water, to exiting the garage. Never had any problem getting the car I reserved and even free upgrades when my car class was not on hand. The returns have always been smooth without much wait even when other cars were being returned at the same time.
I use Enterprise quite often (maybe 6 to 8 times per year to visit family out of town) the staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful and the cars are always clean and ready. I have rented from other locations and other companies but this one over the past year had been my "go-to mainly because of the great service, they treat us like old friends!! Only con: no early drop off... ����
I have nothing but good things to say about Enterprise. I have rented from several different locations in the Nashville area and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The staff at the Clarksville Pike location is superb and have become like family since I am in there almost monthly for a rental. Kudos to Clarksville Pike for always making my rental experiences hassle free!
We have been renting cars from this location for about 15 years. They are always efficient and nice. Today they gave us a larger than expected vehicle and dropped the charge for coverage because I had been shocked to find out there was a charge for dropping off in another state. The lot is small but the service is always HUGE!
Staff is overwhelmed with business every time I come in. I rent once a month for my out of town needs and even though I reserve a car at least two weeks in advance, the selection of cars is slim. The last car I rented had a foul odor with large stains on the seats. It was the only car available so I had no choice!
I got a flat tire while renting one of the smaller hyandi cars. Apparently those cars don't carry spare tires so I was stranded. Enterprise compensated me for that day of the rental which I thought was fair. I have used them again since and they are fairly priced and willing to work with you!
They were an hour late picking me up from my hotel and the car was dirty on the outside so you couldn't see scratches or small dents.The people were very nice and helpful and the car was great. I will use this location again but call them sooner if they don't arrive on time to pick me up.
