You know you are in a place that is probably serving fresh food when the menu changes every day. And at Margot, you can taste that freshness; nothing seems to be prepared ahead of time, but rather carefully crafted each day.I will admit that I have only been here for brunch; each visit was a magnificent journey of tasty euphoria (not to be over the top or anything). Back in the days of my gluten-eating glory, I would order the basket of pastries with brunch--for anyone who has not developed a severe reaction to gluten (and possibly even to those people), this is still a highly recommended course of action. The pastries are flaky, light, featuring an array of glazed, nutted, and fruited confections. The last time I visited Margot for brunch, I indulged in some sort of egg deliciousness--an omelet featuring a variety of seasonal vegetables and cheese. This also was prepared to my order, and tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and worth it. Though the menu may be a little pricey here, it is the kind of pricey where I always walk out going, "Yeah. That was worth it."
8. Bria Bistro
Bria Bistro is a great option for date night or ladies night out. So glad this restaurant is in Bellevue!
Decided to visit for the first time on a whim and very happy we did. First off , the building is absolutely beautiful! The stained glass, wooden beams and the decor. Just beautiful. I decided to try their garlic bread appetizer and it's so simple yet so delicious. For my entree I chose the Pot Pourii. It's a plate of pasta with 4 different sauces. Brown butter and certain cheeses. The clan sauce, meat, and regular marinara. My favorite was the brown butter and the yummy clam sauce. So delicious. I recommend a visit. It's a bit pricey but you are downtown. Otherwise, that's the only con I can say.
I love it this restaurant. My husband and I go on date night once a month here. The food is very good and the prices are fair. The wine list is pretty nice as well. The service could use some improvements. They seem to hire inexperienced wait staff continuously. Great atmosphere. The lighting is relaxing and the aesthetics of the the restaurant is very nice.
Wonderful food! The menu is full of a variety of dishes that are not just pasta oriented. The seasonal specials tend to be especially delicious. The service is usually slow though. I've been many times and have always waited at least 25-30 minutes after ordering to receive my meal, but the quality is worth it.
Very nice well priced, good food. Nothing over the top but just really tasty and a nice atmosphere. Great for large groups and celebrations. They have separate dining rooms for large parties you can reserve or rent out. Wonderful space, plenty of parking. Overall good experience. Good service.
I've eaten here several times and the food and service are always good. We have sat at tables/booths, but the bar area is also a fun place to sit for a quick bite as well. I recommend trying this - also they offer 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sunday and Wednesday nights.
The food as always it was amazing. The chefs appetizer special was to die for. My only complaint is that in my recent visit it was the worst service I had ever experienced Maggiano's. Normally the service is top-notch. I will definitely go again though.
Great Italian food! This location has been here for a while and could use some updating in the inside but overall is a good hidden gem. If you go for the early bird specials you can get some yummy food for a pretty decent price!
We enjoyed family style course with 9 of us. All I had tasted so good. The serving was huge and we can ask more for second dishes for the same pastas and entre. The restaurant is even happy with people taking the rest home.
I get their pizza regularly for take out. As long as I ask for extra sauce, it comes out just the way I like, not smothered with cheese and with higher that average quality toppings (particularly the mushrooms).
