This store is hands down the best. They are very good at what they do and WILL take care of you. Not only they are professional but fair!!! They had a wide wide selection of phones, thousands of cases and they also fixed my phone in 30 mint.

Big mistake going with this jerk. Go with Geek Squad. Otherwise, you're going to regret it. This guy is just plain rude and won't work with you once you've paid.
This guy is a fraud. He charged me full price and "accidentally" deleted all of my photos from my family vacation, which I'll never see again.NOT recommended.
My wife and I both have Verizon service so I've had to come to the store a couple of times. It seems like no matter when I come they are understaffed and there is quite a long wait time. When you do get helped, though, the staff are friendly and intelligent.
Went in to activate a line of service and purchase a SIM card. The staff that were there were pretty knowledgeable. I did have a bad experience with biking and the staff at the store did not seem to know how to remedy this but it eventually got worked out. I will say that they were very speedy with their service.
This place was a God send! Such nice people and friendly service. My iPhone 5c screen cracked into a million pieces. The phone was still fully functional, but I couldn't use the screen without little shards of glass getting on my finger. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and it cost $70 + tax. I had my phone fixed beautifully with same day service. Had a nice chat with the staff also. I highly recommend this business & am very pleased that they are only 5 minutes from my house!!! Thanks so much guys! :-)
I am usually satisfies with the service I receive at this Sprint location. Sometimes I feel like my questions aren't always fully answered, but other than that everything is usually pretty good.
The Verizon store on Charlotte offers workers who are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is set up in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
I was thinking about changing our wireless service until I visited Verizon. They were not very helpful. I'm staying where I am.
I bought my iPhone from them about a year ago. They were quite helpful in the process. The sales rep gave me time to make my decision and did not rush me. He was kind, helpful and professional. He seemed knowledgeable in all of their products.
