We bought Malibu 2018 yesterday. Chelsey was the sales person who helped me out throughout the process. She was very friendly, approachable with smiles, and genuinely caring during the entire process. I was very upset at the price they offered at the store which was 10k higher than what was listed on their website but they managed to cool down the heat and re-offered the price. Ahin was able to negotiate very professionally and adjusted the price for us. Thank you Chelsey and Ahin for working really hard and being patient with me!
I dreaded car shopping for many reasons that we all share. After visiting other dealerships I visited Carl Black Chevrolet. Kiante Young was my Sales Consultant and I met the General Manager Gary Harms, between both of them my buying experience was actually pleasant. Not to mention my beautiful Traverse which had all the options I wanted without having to bring one in from another dealership. Very good experience. Highly recommend
I had an awful experience here! I was cheated out of 1100 dollars once he had my money he started been a jackass. He sold me a car that was raggedy do not buy any cars from here I promise they are not worth a dollar less alone what he prices. Plus he doesn't give you your money back once he gets your money he will call the cops on you and have the car repossessed under some bogus shit because you tell him you don't want the car anymore you have been warned do not trust any of them.
I purchased my 2015 Honda CRV a few months back. I do not look forward to car shopping because it is difficult to find someone who will be straight up with you throughout the entire process. Not with Todd. Todd is very detailed and leaves no stone unturned. He takes you through every phase of his business, so you know what you are getting up front. Any anxiety I had walking in... he eased with facts about the car, answers to any questions I had, details of his business, etc. This has definitely been my most confident car purchase EVER! I will be back to talk to Todd about a vehicle for my son for college and have already shared his name with several friends. Todd will help get you in the car you desire and will do right by you. If you are looking for a car, definitely stop in to see Todd.
I went in to get a diagnosis for the shudder that my car was experiencing at high speed (70mph+). Turns out, there were missing bolts from a recent oil change. I was charged the full amount of diagnosis to replace the bolts of the panel underneath the front carriage. Understandably was my mistake to bring the car to a third party to get the oil change, but I at least expected the diagnosis and bolt replacement would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the shuddering continued. I didn't want to incur another $160 fee for bringing the car in at the dealership, so I had a friend mechanic take a look. Not only was the panel missing bolts and not secure, but a big piece of it was missing from the damage that happened because it was not, in fact, secure. Very disappointing.
Action Nissan is the dealership for you! I had a most pleasant experience while shopping at Action. I test drove several cars and was not pressured to buy in any way. The deal they presented me with was awesome. I will definitely do business with Action Nissan in the future!
Very poor service department here. Not recommended. They actually stamped a work order for replacing a bad GM part as "operating as designed" and refused to replace it. See pic below and tell me if you would look at that crap everyday on a +64k vehicle and not get upset at them when they tell you thta GM designed it to do that C'mon Man.. Best way to describe their service department is Lazy, Sloppy and Undisciplined. This bad of an attitude does not grow on its on so probably an upper management issue. I hope they can get it together soon as word will spread quickly on this. It is a shame to see an older business going downhill so quickly.
This a review of the Service Department. I had a recent experience with them where I was told that an obvious bad part that should have been covered under 2yr bumper to bumper warranty on a new 17 Sierra was not replaced and I was told it is "operating as designed" Pic below. Note: this is a 64k Sierra Denali Ultimate! I recommend avoiding these guys for any service work at all. You will learn quickly that they are a very poorly managed group. Basically lazy/sloppy and undisciplined they just want the easy way out and their management team appears to knowingly allow it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The owner likes to take advantage of people in bad situations! absolute scum! Every single car is a salvage title car...
BEWARE OF THE CROOKS!!Horrible customer service! I traded in a car and they didn’t pay it off, they also hit someone with that car and let their insurance company come after me. My credit is now shot and I am out $5000 from their damages. Not only that they told me they would fix the car I bought before I took possession. They never did. They are liars and con artists. It took 5 months to get my title and tags and only after I fished out another $600 they promised to pay back. This is consumer fraud and breach on contract!
