'm selling my property and only upon listing it for sale do I discover that there are outstanding invoices for property management to this company that they never informed me about. They have multiple ways to contact me, yet I've not received ONE invoice or phone call, or email or even in the mail box... on top of that - they've had the audacity to charge me late fees for invoices I never recieved. Not happy.

Buyer beware! Find a different place to rent from! They are very pretentious in dealing with landlord/tenant situations!Units are small and overpriced. Amenities are VERY modest for the price. Also, double check rental sites, because they have multiple prices posted for the same units.Office management is reasonable, but the broker needs a class in Miss Manners, when dealing with tenants. The area is in transition, with multiple crimes happening weekly.
Agent David Balfour is a very unethical agent that doesn't practice or abide by real estate ethics codes. I DO NOT recommend bidding on a house that he represents or using him as a relator due to his disregard to proper real estate agent practices and UNPROFESSIONALISM. We saw a property listed by David on the first day it was on the market and put a FULL ASKING PRICE offer in immediately with a standard 24 hour deadline to respond. After 24 hours had passed with NO RESPONSE our relator called, left a voicemail, sent a text message and an email over a 48 hour period and still received NO RESPONSE. Finally our realtor was contacted back 3 days later only to be informed that there was now multiple offers and to come back with our highest and best offer. We were aware that there were no other offers put in besides ours in the first 24 hours. He blatantly ignored the standard 24 hour response time frame to allow for other showings and offers to be put in which then led to a BIDDING WAR. We only had a four hour time period between being notified that there were other offers and when we had to come back with our best offer. We feel cheated out of a house because of how David orchestrated the opportunity for other showings and offers to come in so that we would have to bid against each other and drive up the price. PLEASE be careful when dealing with this agent. His interest lie in his commission and not helping get you into a nice property.
My name is David Balfour. I am a Realtor with RE/MAX Elite. There is a negative review of my work below this posting. I wish to go on record that I have never met the person writing the review, nor was I ever asked to provide real estate services to this person. Further, I have no affiliation to the office reference, other than the fact I also practice under the RE/MAX brand.Maybe this person has confused me with someone else, or maybe a multiple offer on a house for sale did not go her way. But, I can state with confidence that offers were treated promptly, professionally and, most importantly, complete unbiased. Please consider these facts before forming an opinion of me. Better yet, please contact me and speak to me directly and form your own opinion. I believe you will experience high levels of integrity, service, experience, and knowledge. Thank you.
We got a new management, McGarr and Associates, in our Belle Pointe condominiums. By far it is the worst management I’ve had in my entire life. The landscape company that was hired by the McGarr and Associates, damaged my property, and the McGarr and Associates have been ignoring my emails. I’ve called them and they told me they’d call me back and yet they never called back about anything. They’re main goal is to simply get rid of you and pretend nothing happened.
I would highly discourage anyone from renting from any apartment complex being managed by ELMINGTON Property Management. My roommate and I recently moved out of their apartment, and we were good tenants. We kept the apartment in good condition and always paid on time. Needless to say, we were appalled to find out that we lost our security deposit and was charged an additional $300 to replace the carpet in the apartment. The carpet had normal wear and tear, and the company was unable to produce documentation of the ""damages"" inflicted. While we may lose the added expense, we hope that we can prevent some of you from working with them! and this was along with reporting black mold..
Trinity Property Management is the worst leasing company I have ever worked with. It's constant unfulfilled promises and empty, contradicting words left me with the worst living situation of my life. I lived where there was a gas leak and remained sick for over a month. . . I personally dealt with the gas company in Nashville over 3 times in the middle of winter and when the landlord FINALLY dealt with it he had a plumber come out to fix a gas leak that was ruled unlivable. A plumber! Not even professionally fixed! After I was still not able to use my fireplace without alarms going off. My rent was not compensated during the time of freezing cold temperatures where I wasn't even staying because I physically couldn't stand the freezing temps. This was one of MANY issues all within 3 months of living there. DON'T RENT FROM THEM! They are not even registered with the BBB. Obvious sign that it's a scam with shady intention. All they care about it money and not the comfort of tenants. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will respond. There's so much more than these important details......
I lived in these apartments for 7 years. The price is unbeatable even though the kitchens are very tiny.
Tim trout is a sexist pig!! The guy thinks he can say and do whatever he wants because he is the "boss", but even a boss needs to respect employees and clients!!!
