I had a problem with the PIN on my debit card and had to go into the branch to resolve it. They were extremely helpful and patient when it took several attempts to correct the problem. Everything got straightened out and I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism.
We switched to Bank of Nashville from our previous national brand bank a little over 2 years ago. We have been very pleased with their level of service and personal contact. My only small complaint would be that I wish they had more convenient drive through banking.

I was sorely disappointed when I asked to exchange a 20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters for my girl scout troops cookie booth. Because my name was not on a bank account they refused to help me, even though is was a direct money exchange.

I have an account here and another bank. I'm considering moving everything to Pinnacle. They feel like a small hometown bank! They call you by name and ask about your family or trips, etc. They go above and beyond!
I have banked with fifth third for many years. This location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly. I particularly appreciate their ATM which offers deposits, withdrawals, and even stamps!
Very professional staff. This location is hard to use on the weekends though I know the card lock measure is safety related. It was weird that US bank and regions traded locations downtown.
I have grown to appreciate this bank. I love that whenever I walk in the bank they call me by name and I'm not just another number. I do wish they would set more ATMs up around the city.
