This car lot sold me a truck that would not pass emissions. they guaranteed tags and title but delivered of neither. Took to court and won money back for truck but truck is still in my backyard with no return of money.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! SCAMMERS!! The worst experience I have ver had with buying a car or buying anything in general. I purchased a Jeep about a month ago, and as agreed upon they would fix several things on the car. I was moving out of town, but they had 2 weeks to get it done. They delivered the Jeep tome at 9pm the night before I was leaving. Low and behold NOTHING was fixed on the car. And of course I am getting little to NO response from them... Leaving me with a $1500 ticket to fix the car. I also traded them my old vehicle which they originally offered me $1200 for but when then paper work came through he changed it to $1000... meaning I still owed $1500 on that car. So I paid it to them... come to find out a month later after they STILL won't call me back to fix the car... they haven't paid off my old car which I gave them CASH for.... So I am now being held accountable for paying on a car I no longer have. SO at the end of the day currently they have scammed me out of an entire car, $1500 for repairs, and extra $250 in other payments... oh and they kept my old plates, they said they would b in the back of my new car... they weren't.. and the temp tags are about to expire! Not to mention the salesman JONATHAN is down right rude and ignorant. He was super rude to my loan officer calling her cuss words not only to her but to me. Then when I was persistent that I have the car done by the time I needed to leave he cussed me out as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If I could ever get the owner WILL on the phone he would be nice and claimed he was willing to make things right.. but of course never did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Saw a car online that I was interested in and emailed Adam, the owner for the best price. He gave me a price nearly $1K below ad price. I called and was given to Eric, one of the salesmen. He sent me additional pics including one of a recent repair invoice which showed a cracked wheel and bad tire. When I asked for those items to be repaired prior to purchase, I was told by Adam that it would be full price if he fixed those items. Since I considered those safety issues, I said fine. Living in Knoxville, I was given the option by Eric to place a $500 deposit to hold the car until the weekend. Adam said I buy it or not, as suddenly he has another buyer coming to look at it today. Eric then tells me that he and Adam took the car to lunch and Adam agreed that it drove poorly with the bad wheel/tires and agreed to replace. He told me they ordered a new rim. When I arrived on Saturday, I noticed that the wheel had not been replaced. When I asked Eric about this, he told me that they were able to repair the wheel. While completing the paperwork, I asked for the invoice for the tires, in the event that I needed to make a warranty claim in the future, and Adam told me he didn't have it because his buddy did the work. He reluctantly told me that he would try to get up with him and get me one. While we were talking, Adam told me he was driving the car and had a blowout, so I was right about the tire. Obviously, he and Eric did not corroborate their stories. I still liked the car and bought it. On the way home, the dash light comes on that I have a flat tire. Luckily, I find a shop open at 5pm on Saturday afternoon. He pulls the wheel that was supposedly repaired and shows me the crack in the wheel. Eric texts me the invoice for the tires which clearly states "wheel has crack. Customer aware that rim leaks air".Don't believe ANYTHING that anyone at this dealership tells you. Either find a car elsewhere, or verify everything about the vehicle yourself.
Auto depot gave me the best customer service you could get. They were very helpful, and understanding when it came to helping pick out the right car for me ! You guys should definitely come here for a ca
they should be investigated for fraud very shady place claim they dont get payments on time.allways trying to add extra fees and charges .have had truck that I bought there paid off after a constant fight over payments that where sent in by certified check and mail with signed copy of del. date and Mary Pegrams Signature and still claim they haven received the payments been waiting on title for 6mths have hired legal council to file motion with court have somebody explain to a judge why the have such a shady practice. need to be shut down dealer lic pulled and TBI need to look further into there business practice and the fraud that being committed
At first I had some problems from other dealers getting a car but I came to Auto Depot and they made it easy; great cars and great staff. Overall a great place to get a car in Nashville.

Auto depot is most definitely a great place to choose when it comes to looking for a car there payment arrangements are great they have great customer service !
