Had an amazing experience this week at Crest Honda. I Honda vehicles. However, shopping for one hasn't been so easy, especially shopping the used selections. We shopped on Saturday after our awesome sale rep. called to answer my inquiry about a particular can. Brigg Stoll was our sales rep. and he was amazing. Laid back but professional. Friendly, yet truly displayed a love for his dealership and job. We shopped Saturday and left to think about this huge decision. Returned Thursday and Brigg was thrilled for us to be back and eager to test drive the vehicle with us, answer our mound of questions, and make a way for the payments to work out so the van could be ours! At the end of our transaction and the deal was done, it was 1.5 hours after closing. Brigg didn't worry a bit and spent another 30 minutes with us programming my Bluetooth, setting my Navigation up, and moving things from my trade-in. Martin, the used car manager did a great job of giving us a good trade in on our vehicle, because he truly wanted us to be in a car we loved. Brigg wasn't prepared to stop until we got the car of our dreams for our family! Corey Mooney in the finance department was beyond amazing. He was friendly, humble, and understood we had a strict budget. We felt comfortable being honest with our budget and what we could comfortably afford. He suggested the Total Care for our car-not to make a sale...to insure us that we were covered with our van for a long period of time. I can't say enough about Corey and how fun, yet professional he was. I was worried about going to Creat Honda, because I had done all my prior business at another Honda dealership-not anymore. Crest Honda is our new home. They men and women who work there love their job and the service department was so nice, I can't wait to get my oil changed! Thank you Crest Honda, especially to Mr. Brigg Stoll. He will forever be our go to sales rep. for any future purchases. I am thrilled with my new car, how beautifully shines it was, how they stayed open way late without rushing us, and how it was just a comfortable transaction!

The service department could use a tune-up, but the sales team (especially Greg Cole) and products are fantastic. I had a relatively simple service request: replace the front passenger-side tire. I didn't need anything fancy, and I figured the dealership would be a fine choice for this straightforward request. When I brought in the vehicle, my service rep (Corky) annotated the request and asked if there was anything else. To which I replied, "This back tire looks a little flat, could you also take a look at that?" They performed the service and about an hour later I was on my way. About a week and a half after this visit to the service department, I found that my front passenger-side tire was completely flat. After speaking with several different employees (including the one who processed my original request), I deduced that they had replaced the back tire (the WRONG one) after also putting a patch in it. Really? They patched a tire, THEN replaced the same tire? And I paid for both operations? Yes, yes, and yes. I actually had to argue with the service rep and deliver evidence of the flat FRONT tire, but he never admitted to making a mistake. It became clear that Corky had simply botched the original service request and wouldn't own up to it. I finally spoke to the service manager and ultimately convinced him to meet me halfway on the cost of another new tire. Thankfully, after making a fuss, they replaced the tire that actually needed replacing. Sorry, Beaman. I'm still a loyal customer, but your service department needs a lesson in good service.
This is the 6th new car I have purchased from Crest in the past 6 years. This agency has set a higher bar for all others to follow! They continue to impress me more every year I make my purchase. They treat me with respect, dignity, and value my business. You get the impression that you are a member of the family not just a customer. They do not try and sell you something you do not want. They make it very clear up front that they want to earn your business and keep it. To them this is not a one time deal. It is a commitment to a lasting business relationship. They always give me a fair and honest price. I do not have to shop around. Although they are part of a very large conglomerate, they still maintain their “local flavor”. The sales manager Rick and my personal salesman Lew are fabulous to work with! They make the buying process unbelievably easy and painless. The finance guy does not try and sell you a bunch of stuff you do not want. I like to get in, get down to business, and get out with a friendly and shake and a thank you. This is what you get from these guys. And on the rare occasion I have had to go back for minor repairs or service, they accommodate all of my needs. If there is a better agency in Tennessee, I sure would like someone to tell me about them. You will love doing business with Crest.
Crest Cadillac went far above my expectations by providing me with an extraordinary leasing experience. I'm a repeat customer, recently retired, and a widow. My late husband loved every Cadillac he ever leased/purchased from Crest Cadillac. I wasn't in the market for new 2015 SRX crossover Cadillac. Unfortunately, I was in a car crash that totaled my beautiful blue 2013 SRX Cadillac. After the crash, I now could purchase any car. I still wanted another SRX Cadillac. It be difficult because we had a huge down payment on the 2013 SRX (traded in two vehicles). I loved driving the SRX but more importantly I love the safety features. All four air bags deployed from the massive impact of the other car slamming into my car. I know the engineering safety features not only saved my life but the lives of the other four passengers in my car which include my daughter and three kids in the back seat. That is why I had to get another SRX because I feel very safe driving it. The wonderful and caring Crest Cadillac staff (especially Murdock Calvin and Edith Thompson) worked a miracle. I'm driving a beautiful 2015 SRX that I love even more than my 2013 SRX. Crest Cadillac took great care of me during a very difficult time in my life. Thanks to Crest Cadillac, I'm driving my dream car!!! AGAIN!!!!
Bought a used Scion that they just received on trade-in and they assured me that they would take out a few dents and do some body work to make it look great. After dealing with other dealership for the last 30 years of car buying I was a bit worried that they would not honor our agreement since I paid for the car already. Dropped it off today for the repairs and got super-great treatment. These folks are better than most. I have spoke with several Beaman employees and I get the impression they all care and they seem confident that their company would do the right thing and take care of us. They did take good care of us and we will buy here again. Al Nixon and Sterling were great before and after the sale and Mike the Sales Manager is amazing. Body Shop(Brian) , Finance (Jennifer), and reception (Joan) are also top notch!
I came in with a busted radiator! You know that's a major and expensive repair. The people at Downtown NIssan couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They were honest and up front about cost. They worked to make sure things covered under warranty were paid for by the warranty company. That saved me quite a bit of money. They took the time to compare parts and didn't try to up sell me on the more expensive part. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of places to work if you're waiting for service. The cost of a major repair is never pleasant but doing business with Downtown NIssan made the experience a lot less stressful. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
I would not recommend this business. My husband and I drove from Chattanooga with our baby to test drive a truck at Galaxy. After the test drive, we asked to look at the carfax. The owner said there wasn't a carfax available for that vehicle. Then he admitted it was a rebuilt title. He claims he told us before we drove to Nashville, but he never said a word about it until after we asked to see the carfax.
I took my car in since I was notified of a recall. I wasn't told on the phone when making the appointment how long it would take, but luckily I was able to wait the two hours the technician stated it would take; plus they did not need more than that. They were friendly and professional.
I recently purchased a Infiniti g35 , and I love my car . Charlotte Auto is very reasonable place if your looking into buying your first car to buying a car that you've really wanted at a reasonable price . The staff are friendly also . I promise you want be dissatisfied !!!
I have been there to upgrade my Toyota car. I would say the sales representative is not very professional. He cannot answer many of my questions and let his supervisor to help him finally. Maybe one sales rep cannot represent the company, but small detail means a lot.
