DON’T EVER USE!!!! I felt extremely unsafe! Dispatcher and driver were very rude. Driver was an older male very violent and screamed at me because he couldn’t find the place! Verbally assaulted me the entire ride!!! I’ve never felt so unsafe in a cab ever!!!!extremelt SCETCHY company.
This driver was EXACTLY on time. The dispatcher was not rude, but professional and efficient. While there was a smell of smoke in the car, he was not smoking with me in it. The driver was friendly in response to my friendly introduction. Not a bad experience... I think that if an individual wants to make trouble...they will make it. I think most people responding to the Review Section should just chill out and not look for drama to report.
I know most of the reviewers of Nashua Taxi have been dis-satisfied, but I have to say my experience tonight was just fine. The dispatcher was efficient and businesslike. I can't say he was warm and friendly, but neither was he rude or discourteous as others have said. He indicated cab would be at my home in 10 - 15 minutes, and he arrived in exactly 15 minutes. Fee was pre-arranged at $20 for a 7-mile ride from Nashua to Hudson, seems reasonable enough. My cab was a minivan, in good shape and decently clean. The driver was not smoking, though the cab did have a bit of a cigarette smell. The vehicle did not have a taxi meter, so I would suggest fares be arranged in advance. Driver was quiet, professional, took me right to my destination. At my request, he waited a few seconds so I could be sure my car would start.Overall, a positive experience, and I am pleased to recommend Nashua Taxi. BTW, I have no connection with this firm.
The reason why Uber's are taking over is because taxis take way to long I called at 1:26 they said 20-30 minutes it's 2:01 now cancelled it..who wants to pay money to wait that long and expect a tip?...45 minutes isn't normal for little old Nashua ..hire more people and maybe you would make more money if you guys were more reliable
I set up a recurring taxi every week, twice a week, indefinitely. It has only been a month and they have screwed up at least 4 times. Seriously!!!!! Its not a hard job. I called to complain and was unhung up on twice by the dispatcher, Jeff. I absolutely will not continue using this taxi. They are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. It's amazing they have stayed in business. So they just lost a $160 a month customer.
Am giving my full 5 stars to this angelic woman Karen. She should be the standard for any cab driver
Terrible racist cabbie! Dropped me that called his office for someone he saw waiting for cab. Shame!
I called to order a cab for the following day at 11:00 am. Around 11:05 I called and was rudely inform that the van was on the way, called back 20 mins later and got no reply. They finally showed up at 11:34. The driver sat there and watched me load 6 suitcases into the van, my 7 yr old son told him "My mom needs help", he ignored him of course. He didn't even offer a word of apology for being 34 mins late. Awful service, you should have to pay people to treat you this way.
Have been using for a while. Dispatch isn't rude. Late through. You can ask the cabie. If you want him or her as your private cabie. The other service is cheapest BUT... The SK cabs have a rep for no seatbelts & drunk cab drivers! I'd rather pay more and wait longer.
I had a great experience with Nashua Taxi! I called 20 minutes before I needed a ride and they were actu ally early. The driver was nice enough to knock on my door. He was very friendly and polite. He was talkative and made the normally boring cab ride more positive. He had no problem with making a stop on the way for me and also did not charge me extra for the stop. I even went as far to offer him Dunkin Donuts breakfast because he was so nice. I did not catch the drivers name but he worked this morning (Mon. 11/17/14) and picked me up for 830. I hope my review is noticed and he gets credit for exceptional service. When I arrived at my destination I asked him how much the price was for having him make a stop midway (knowing that most drivers will try to charge extra and this guy didn't know I had previously asked the dispatcher the price) and he did not take the opportunity to try and get any eXtra money out of me. He wished me a great day multiple times and handed me my coffee and cell phone (which I didn't realize I had dropped on the seat while getting out). This was a great experience. I just wish some people would realize how tough and stressful a job like theirs can be...having people yell at you and give you attitude all day can become quite frustrating. It's hard for them to determine right away who is and isn't going to give them a hard time. Lighten up people. Unless they cost you your job or some other huge opportunity, than is there really a reason to go out of your way to put their company down and chance them losing business? But, anyway, good job Nashua Taxi! I would call you again in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work guys!
