Did not evaluate the issues with the car comprehensively upfront and provide a full estimate. Tacked on other issues after the first one was resolved and there was no way for us other than paying up whatever the dealer quoted for the repair. Calling Toyota headquarters did not help either, who sat on our case for 2-3 days, before coming up with a ridiculous offer, that too if we buy another Toyota. All in all bad taste in the mouth with the whole experience.
