        I picked up a car in Farmington Maine while on vacation and continued to drive this car for over 2 weeks. The car was not clean when it was first picked up, and over the following 2 weeks normal dust and pollen accumulation occured. Upon dropping the car off at the South Nashua rental location the girl who received the car on Enterprises behalf was extremely rude. Moreover she accused me of dirtying and smoking in the car. Neither of these things were true. Not only was she very rude to me in front of everyone in the rental office but she tried to get me to pay for a detail of the car. This experience was completely ridiculous and embarrassing. I never leave poor online reviews but this experience with this particular Enterprise employee warrants a very poor review.

        Overall

        Excellent service and very nice people. They always are priced below the competition and also extremely nice. I highly recommend them and I rent cars for a month at a time...no issues.
