Mark the owner abuses dying patients and he is a price gouger. He gets paid by medicare for Oxygen for dying patients, but he charges more than medicare will pay so the dying patient always always owes money on top of what he is paid by the insurance. He denies dying patients right to life saving oxygen, by refusing to deliver bottled oxygen until bill is paid. Now a patient can't leave the house can't go to doctors appointments and is a trapped dying rat thanks to Tech Med. Also he should be ashamed of what he is doing to the dying and the elderly, This is were Insurance and companies need to get it right and if your not making enough off of medicare , that is not the patient's fault, but holding a dying person hostage is a down right sin. I would not recommend this business to any family or any dying person, and contacting the Attorney General's Office and Medicare to discuss the business practices of this company.

106 w hollis street office staff has no idea about customer service. I called in a day before for them to make my cushion and stuff ready since 1 minute service takes years for them anyways i was on my way to pick my stuff and they close 4.30pm (which is another unprofessional closing time) I called and let the person know that i ll be just on time before they close or one minute late and have been driving more than half an hour and stuck in traffic, he said ok, i was in front of the office literally 4.31pm and he was gone , doors locked and lights are turned off!!! Nobody moving out from parking lot, I was so impressed by these five star (!) office work ethics, first turning of the old computers they have takes 5 mins, it means they closed even before 4.30pm, if I did not call and let them aware i understand but come on seriously what kind of ingnorance and what luxury these tech med ppl has leavening work not on time but even early!!!
We had to be fitted for cpap face masks and get machines . Tech Med had a lot of style to pick from. Their staff are very knowledgeable and efficient . we have been very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.
I would not recommend med tech to anyone. Their follow up is terrible. I've had 2 cpaps from them and because of lack 9f information and wrong information I have to give it back.I need this machine to live
They told me my item is being shipped then a week later they tell me it wasn't the right ones in stock so I change my order to what they said was in stock. They say it's being shipped that day. almost a week later I still don't have any product and when I call about it the manager tells me it'll be shipped either today or tomorrow and they can't give me any expedited shipping? How is that making sure the customer is satisfied?
