Some of their properties in their inventory are spectacular, and yes some are sub par. If you want to view either end of the spectrum of apartments you may want to choose another company. From my original call inquiring, to setting up a showing and unfortunately carried through to my walk through, it was a nightmare. Joanna was busy on her phone, and ignoring me, that I had to show myself the apartment. Do not waste your time, instead go to a company, that actually cares about the company they work for and the people they rent to.

Ken is literally the worst landlord I have ever had. He is extremely unprofessional and will not help in any way if there is a problem in the apartment that needs to be either addressed or fixed. He says he will do something but never actually comes through with it. He should not have a realtor license and honestly shouldn't be in this business he is a joke
After 4 years, I can conclusively say that these guys are no good. Went two years without proper heating. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, a broken down dishwasher, and ineffective overall property management. They seem to care more about how many cars they can get towed out of their lot than they do about the properties that they rent.I have never had a worse landlord and I recommend that everyone avoids these people at all costs!
Charlotte Marrocco-Mohler is the real deal. Always reachable, showed properties without prior appointments, answered all my questions immediately-no having to research the info. She works 7days a week for her clients. A quick story, I had an expiring lease and was close to living in my friends basement, Charlotte contacted the seller of the home I was going to make an offer on and negotiated to allow me to move-in prior to closing saving me tremendous inconvience. A plus agent and highly recommended.
The old lady who showed us the apartment was 20 mins late, and when she arrived she did not introduce herself and seemed very cranky and rude. As soon as she showed us the place she stated that she won't be able to rent us the place because she thinks that we are going to be loud ( she struck me as a very JUDGMENTAL and RACIST person ).......... My friend who also went through her had the same exact experience. It also seems like that they don't like younger tenants. JP Management Inc deserves more than a cranky old racist personnel that we encountered. I strongly dislike and do not recommend this real estate.
